Tomasz (8/5): Kilka spostrzeżeń dla gości - Obiekt składa się z dwóch odrębnych lokali, jeden dla 2 osób i drugi dla 4 osób, które dzieli wspolny hall. Będąc grupą 5-osobową układ ten i wielkość całego mieszkania dają dużo swobody i prywatności. Lokal znajduje się na pierwszej kondygnacji,więc pokonać należy kilka schodów. Bliskość stacji metra i Watykanu, to spory atut. W pobliżu znajduje się też całodobowy supermarket. Największym mankamentem jest problem z ciepłą wodą, zwłaszcza w lokalu 4-osobowym. Czasem trzeba było czekać nawet kilka minut z odkręconym prysznicem, aby pojawiła się ciepła woda. To było bardzo irytujące. Dodatkowym niemiłym zaskoczeniem jest konieczność zablokowania środków na karcie kredytowej w wysokości 200 euro mających pokryć ewentualne zniszczenia, o czym dowiadujesz się podczas wypełniania formularza z danymi gości. Nigdzie wcześniej w ofercie nie pojawiała się taka informacja.
Ewelina (1/5): Very poor communication with the owner. No information provided on time. - No positives. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. I do not recommend this apartment. I had a very bad experience, as I was unable to enter the apartment due to overbooking. It is better to choose a place with an owner who treats guests with respect. A few minutes before the check-in time, I contacted the owner to ask about access to the apartment. I was informed that the handover of the keys would be slightly delayed because the owner was waiting for other guests in another apartment, and that I would receive information about entering the building via SMS. I did not receive any such message for the next 15 minutes. I contacted the owner again myself, and only then was I informed that there was an overbooking, that the apartment was already occupied, and that I would not be able to enter it. I had to repeatedly ask for information, as the owner did not consider it necessary to inform me on her own or to treat this as important information for a guest. I had seen the reviews of this apartment and expected good communication, but in my experience it was very poor. The owner was very unhelpful and behaved unprofessionally. I understand that such situations can happen on Booking, but the communication from the owner was unacceptable, with no prior explanation and no responsibility taken. After that, the contact was completely cut off.
