Important Information
Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Romolo (6/5): Satisfactory but overpriced for what we got @$1800 for a 7 night stay. - Views were excellent across the bay. Great sunsets. Very modern and clean. Lacked understanding of what was being supplied. At key pick up only the details of when to drop off keys were communicated nothing else. When we got there we then had to go and arrange all tea and coffee and sugar as well as soap etc, nothing was supplied at all. Not an issue but would have been nice to know. Never stayed anywhere even AirBNB places where tea and coffee was not provided. There were no hand towels or bath Matts which again we then had to go and buy. The toilet seat needed tightening it was poorly fitted and also the shower door to the main bedroom ensuite was poorly fitted and water pools outside the shower. The access to the beach is difficult having to bend down under the handrail just outside the back gate to get to the steps to go to beach. While they offer the SUP board I would hate to try and carry this down to the beach. Bikes were available but all tyres on both bikes were flat so didn’t bother using those. Overall I think the property is overpriced considering the above but is a clean, modern home with great views.
