- Nithin (3/5): - Funny - price for the room is cheaper than the cleaning fee. Make sure to read the fineprints at the end you'll pay double than what was written in big letters until the end...

- Deva (3/5): Poor - Nothing good I can think of There's a lot that went wrong -
1. There are bugs and worms in the house
2. The shower door got stuck with my son inside and there no immediate help I can get
3. The utensils were broken already
4. The heaters don't work when needed
- Sahar (1/5): Absolutely Terrible Stay – Unsafe, Dirty, and Misleading - This was hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed in Vancouver. I would strongly advise others to avoid it.
Let’s start with the basics: the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. The front door lock didn’t work, so I had to take all my belongings with me every time I left—completely unsafe. The kitchen floor was sticky and filthy, with ants crawling around. Plates and dishes were left greasy and not cleaned. There was no coffee or tea provided, and there were suspicious red stains on the walls. The shower was non-functional—the showerhead was just a decoration and not even connected. We had to awkwardly use a tub to bathe. Noise was another major issue. The upstairs unit was unbelievably loud—constant sounds of furniture being dragged around, and a crying baby during late at night and again early in the morning.
The most frustrating part was the false ad/ information about parking. The listing claimed there was free street parking, but the entire street is permit-only and 2-hour limit. I even confirmed this with the host beforehand if I could park in front of the house in the street, and still received a parking ticket. There is no actual free parking nearby, so don’t be fooled.
The “host” was unhelpful and only replied with generic, automated messages. I think this is managed by a property management group with multiple listings. On Airbnb, the host is listed as “The Emily” with a fake profile, which feels sketchy and unsafe.
I’m just glad I was only there for two nights—I couldn’t have handled any longer. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.
- Bruno (9/5): Superb -
- Kilkus (7/5): Great Location. Nothing Fancy, - Location was fantastic. Access with a door code was great. Pretty quiet Was not professionally cleaned (long black hairs in the bathroom and hairs in the dish scruber, spiders and cobwebs in the corners). It made us decide to eat out and not cook. Bedrooms were clean enough, seemed like the bedding was all fresh. Towels were a bit smelly but had been washed. I wouldn't mind except that we paid $150 cleaning charge.
