• Rogerio Arruda (8/5): Bom - A localização é boa. O apartamento é amplo. Banheiro bom. Ar condicionado funciona bem. O anfitrião autorizou deixar as malas duas horas antes do check-in. Conforme já relatado aqui por outros hóspedes, é uma grande confusão acessar o apartamento com as senhas, já que o anfitrião tem vários apartamentos no mesmo prédio e não explica muito bem qual é o seu. Inclusive tinha uma outra pessoa lá tentando localizar o apartamento e estava com problemas. Outro problema é que ao chegarmos no apartamento as 16:00 horas, que é o horário do check in deles, o apartamento não tinha sido limpo e como estávamos exaustos da viagem, entramos mesmo assim. Logo chegou a faxineira, muito solicita por sinal. Mas pedimos apenas para trocar as roupas de cama, já que estamos precisando tomar um banho e descansar.

• Adejoke (5/5): Fair - Location. And the staff ( a man)who attended to us was very nice. Always attending to us and supplied what was missing whenever we called him. It was on the 2 floor and there's no lift.We had to carry our heavy luggage and items from supermarket up the stairs . Table spoons were very few; only 2 for a family of 4 and 2 teaspoons too. There's also no living room.

• Guest (4/5): Jestem rozczarowana brakiem porządku przy takiej kwocie za wynajem. - Lokalizacja Mieszkanie było skrajnie brudne – wyglądało, jakby nie było sprzątane od dłuższego czasu, a nie tylko po poprzednich gościach. Meble były klejące, podłoga dosłownie zasłana warstwą kurzu i włosów. W takich warunkach nie sposób czuć się komfortowo ani bezpiecznie. Roleta w oknie nie działała, wywalało cały czas prąd, a z żelazka nie można było nawet skorzystać bo było takie brudne. Co gorsza, w jednej z szuflad znalazłam substancję, która nie pozostawiała wątpliwości co do swojej nielegalności. To absolutnie niedopuszczalne – zwłaszcza w lokalu wynajmowanym turystom. Fakt, że taka rzecz została pozostawiona w łatwo dostępnej szufladzie, świadczy o kompletnym braku nadzoru i troski o bezpieczeństwo gości.

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - Easy to find. Not far from metro station. Check in was very simple. We didn't meet the host, but instructions we received were clear and easy to follow. Apartment was big and equipped well.

• Sandra (6/5): Pleasant - Is good to relax The location was a bit far from the train station Milano centrale. The AC works until the second day. We rent for 6 people and they didn’t leave toilet paper and soap enough for us.
