- Wan (5/5): Cheap But....... - The location is key point, relatively cheaper than others unit The homestay operator staff are not attendable.. The way the ask for house deposit is like This is Order!!. House rules which no alcohol allow? Sorry if your home is an Halal status, pls indicate in your ads. But it's okay, I don't drink during this stay... The decorative are nearly None, so it far away how it's looks from ads, Sofa quality is totally out.. When I sat on, the sofa near drown me. I am 90kg Bathroom ceiling have hole, water leakage. Towel quality are Eco shop quality. I understand I m not in 5 star hotel, but it doesn't mean operator can compromise on it Lastly, yet it the worst thing.. Check out as per instructed, refund deposit bank account given.. But after 15days when I check my bank acc, the refund are not credited yet.. Only when I ask them, then proceed immediately. Lastly I did get me refund deposit..

If you drive more than 1 car you have to find a spot to park outside of the apartment. Host suggested to park to nearest apartment/condo which has a visitor parking but you need to walk around 200m from the stay. We book for 9 person and there’s not enough cutleries plates and even towel etc to accommodate all of us. Host should be prepare beforehand. only one shower gel provided Rude customer serviced at lobby.

- Abdulqader (3/5): Was Not practical for me. - Location. Old furniture, the sofa was dirty / stained. Kitchen items were not sufficient for the number of people in the booking. We, as a family of 11 members, had booked 2 apartments in the same booking number. We can understand if it was not possible to be on the same floor, but it was unacceptable that who's staying on the 10th floor doesn't have key access to use the elevator to visit the family at 20th floor. I tried with the staff to fix the card or give me additional cards to be able to connect with family at ease, but they didn't assist at all.

- Kelly (9/5): Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend! - We had a great stay at this homestay – perfect for a family or a group of friends! The unit was clean, fully equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine, dryer, and full kitchenware. The TV box had almost every channel and show you could think of, which was a nice bonus for relaxing at night. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Velocity Mall, with lots of restaurants and shops right downstairs. The swimming pool was also impressively large and clean, great for both kids and adults. The downsides were that there's only one toilet (which can be a bit of a wait with a group), and the parking space was very narrow – tricky for bigger cars.

Check In and Check Out at Ground Floor via Designated Counter and Staff or Security Officer will assist you. Not complicated and very convenient procedure. In terms of Security are superb, don't worries because Cheras District Police Headquarters (IPD Cheras) just beside the condominiums less than 10 feet . your in radius police surveillance so security are tip top. In front Condo just Crossed the road via Zebra Cross or using overpass bridge Sunway Velocity. All you can get entertainment like cinema, grocery at Parkson and AEON and lot of Restaurant. MRT Station only 300 meter from condo approximately around 15 minuter Walk you will have effective public transportation to KL City Center. Overall very nice accomodation. so far so good

The check in and check out intrusction was given clear. The room sound proofing very bad. I can listen everytime my friend open toilet door.The toilet paper given was low quality ,small and thin, 5 people given 2 small toilet paper, it is not enough. End up luckily we got bring own toilet paper.

One of the double beds was placed in the living room but there are still an area for dining table and a 3 seats sofa. I appreciate that they didn’t collect deposit and trusted their customer. Another thing I would like to complement is that they didn’t charge us for late check out until 12pm as one of our elderly not feeling well and we checked out later than 11am.

The pool was small compared to other condominium. The water pressure was really slow. If both bathrooms are being used simultaneously then the water pressure will be super duper slow.

The location is superb, near the shopping malls (Sunway Velocity Mall & Aeon). You can just walk there. The mamak restaurant & Zus Coffee is just down the apartment. -

- Tania (8/5): Good. Enjoyed the stay overall. - Location is good. Staff replies very promptly to our requests. The air-cons probably need some full servicing as it kept leaking. But staff was very prompt to reply and fix the situation for us no matter what timing it was.
