Guest Reviews
- Tom (8/5): - Clean and great location for my needs to attend a business event. Instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow. There isn't a sink in the toilet, needed to use the kitchen next door, nothing major but not ideal
- Haylee (1/5): - They did not provided access information to the apartment until several hours after the scheduled check in time. By the time they contacted me back I had already rented a hotel room. When I confronted them about the communication issue they did not offer a refund or anything to address it.
- Jo (7/5): Ok - Would have no complaints if was clean under bed full of dust
- Balbir (3/5): Poor -
- Mary (7/5): Good -
- Lynden (8/5): Nice place -
- Laura (9/5): Very nice for a non expensive place - Good location, easy to find and self check-in, specially after getting the instructions. Close to bus stops, tube station, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. The host was always reachable and helpful. Room was very cozy, with a little table and enough space for two. Kitchen was very small, but had a kettle and a microwave, both very useful. All in all, it's definitely worth it if you're on a budget and don't need luxury. Nothing that I couldn't handle, but bear in mind that it's a flat with private rooms but shared bathroom and kitchen, so the experience will depend on the other people's common sense and respect. We were lucky in that matter, since the other guests were not noisy and kept the common areas tidy. Upstairs neighbor, on the other hand, was always noisy: from early in the morning they'd start fighting and screaming, until late at night with loud music.
- Masoud (1/5): Bad - I couldn’t even find the place and they didn’t answer my call
- Tanay (5/5): Not good, - The noise from the above floor was too much, we could hear it till late at night, and the area we were staying in was a little shady. On my second night, 2 people inside the apartment were drunk but they didn't know the passcode for their room. I was a bit scared as they were already in the apartment. I waited outside the apartment until they were gone as i was not comfortable with them in the apartment.
- Vlad (1/5): Nothing, no one ever mentioned that there are 4 rooms in the apartment and that each of them will be occupied by differe - Nothing, no one ever mentioned that there are 4 rooms in the apartment and that each of them will be occupied by different families. I did not like that we were unable to use the bathroom and the shower since there was always someone using them.
Also I did not like that the bed sheets were stained.
The sleeping part was hard since the other families were always shouting in the background.
- Ramblin (8/5): Very good price. All amenities usable. Might stay again in future. - Very good price. The flat had 4 bedrooms and you entered via keypad locks. Kitchen and bathroom were very good and clean. Five minutes from tube station. It was in a residential block which looked like local authority. Nothing wrong with that but neighbour upstairs or next door was banging on front door when a few guys came back a bit loud after midnight. It sounded like they were also moving furniture around. We never met the guys but they kept us awake until they went quiet after an hour or so. They were not aggressive just laughing and joking on. Another guest came out her room to tell them to keep it down which they did, sort of. Obviously we cannot vet people in an airbnb. The owners communication was brilliant. The location was in an interesting place. 😄 one thing for the owner to bear in mind for future upgrade would be better doors for the rooms, these were just internal panel doors. Perhaps half hour firecheck doors would give that bit more security. But we had no problems.
