• Zam (10/5): It was good and relaxing. Meeting the host too the transition was very smooth - I liked it was fully furnished it had everything you need if you forgot anything it has supplies for you. Location of where the apartment was located very convenient it was near everything Nothing everything was perfect!

• Anastasiia (10/5): - The location was extremely convenient and quiet. There are a shop, a few cafes nearby. The underground is also really close to the location. Our stay was perfect and comfortable. Everything was perfect. No issues occured. The host was also always available.

Location is perfect for excel centre and 02 The view from the balcony is great to sit have a coffee and watch the world go by . There is a Tesco Express directly below Directions to the apartment could have been clearer….it’s basically right next door to the Tesco express!! No parking included

• Leana (10/5): Would definitely recommend and come back for a longer stay, including the Comic Con and visiting. - The location was really nice. Easily accessible from Gatwick, and next to a Tesco Express if needed. It was absolutely amazing, considering we were mainly here for MCM Comic Con, we only had to walk 5 to 10 minutes to get to the Excel. Not the hosts fault, but it was a little tricky to understand where it was located on Google Maps. Hopefully, the hosts helped us find it quickly !

• Nicola (9/5): A few minor details and this would have been perfect! - Location and views absolutely perfect. We were only there for a couple of nights.It was really hot and the air conditioning did not work.When we arrived the fridge wasn't on and then we noticed there was no electric in the kitchen.We eventually found a switch box.No tea towel.

• Colin (8/5): Spacious apartment with easy access to central London - The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. It's close to a local supermarket and a ten minute walk from Custom House station on the Elizabeth line into London and to the cable car to the O2. On arrival we had the door code to the apartment but not the key fob to get into the building so had to wait for someone to come out. The fob was on the kitchen table.

• Mark (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a fantastic location, surrounded by great shops and restaurants, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Accessing the apartment was a breeze with clear directions and easy entry. The building is well-connected by public transport, which made getting around a lot easier. Highly recommend!
• Charlotte (7/5): Good location to excel area and that was rhe purpose of trip - Good location clean and tidy Residents at property were sometimes rude and seemed unhappy, there was strong food smells in whole hall that cane in to apartment There could have been more glasses and mugs there were 4 of us staying and only 2 mugs
