• Annette (5/5): Our stay was good but the apartment needs attention - The location was good but up a very steep hill with steps. There is a lift in the foyer of hotel which goes down to the street below, however we didn't know about this until day we were leaving as there was no information folder in the apartment. The TV had no TV channels only netfix and youtube, disappointing for us older folk. Joel did try to fix this problem and we did end up with one only TV channel. The heating symbols on the oven had been rubbed away so selecting cooking temperature was difficult, also the tray inside the oven was so badly burnt was unusable. Again an information folder would have been useful. Two lights needed replacement globes. The laundry drying rack was in pieces and unusable.
• Matthieu (9/5): Excellent - Emplacement excellent, à 3 minutes à pied de Circular Quay. Vu exceptionnelle depuis la piscine. Excellent hôtel. Pour récupérer les clés, dommage que ce ne soit pas à la réception.
• Long (4/5): Ok but not perfect as the noise at night is disruption - good location Air conditioning very noisy room size is 20 m 2 short of what is advertised some needs to learn how to measure it's misleading
• Kay (7/5): Location, location, location - Location. Awesome have a Washer and dryer for use in apartment. Easy to get down to Darling Harbour, the rocks and Circular Quay. Space in the room and having separate bedroom was good which we prefer over a tiny hotel studio room. Host answered all queries in good time. Only a few things that not complaining about but more to alert owner to. Light Bulbs in bathroom needed replaced. Taps in bathroom were plumbed backwards or would go both ways which was confusing on first day. Needed to add a wisk to beat cream in kitchen to go with those nice Ozzie berries. Aircon a little noisy so we had to turn off at night. Bedroom window very difficult to open. Pool was always full of kids so didn't have a swim. They looked to be having a blast!
• Nicole (10/5): The room was Comfortable and lovely stay with a beautiful pool area - Close to circular quay, the rocks, the bridge There wasn’t any toiletries eg shampoo and conditioner But there was a bottle of hand soap a little round soap to wash yourself and two little tubes of body wash
