- Chalida (7/5): Reasonable price for Ikebukuro - Great location, close to sunshine city. When we arrived at 4 pm check in, the room was left unclean from the previous guests. Message the property, got someone to clean it and finished around 8-9 pm. Apart from that, the apartment were new and comfortable. Love the washing machine. Place to hang jackets.
- Kanako (2/5): Very poor - The bed and the extra sofa bed always comfortable. The cleanliness needs to be improved. The sink in the bathroom was clogged so couldn’t use. We use kitchen sink for whole our stay. The bath/shower was disgusting. The bath mats they placed on the floor had whole bunch of hairs stuck on and moldy. Had rotten raw eggs in the fridge when we arrived which we had to dispose.
