• Faiek (5/5): Accept for the location the accommodation not recommended. - NA NO FRESH TOWELS AVAILABLE FOR A WEEK. BAD WIFI CONNECTIVITY .CONSUMABLES NOT REPLENISHED eg coffee, tea,toilet paper etc. No additional pillows and blankets for the bed. Second Room no mirrors or cupboards.
• Crystal (7/5): Excellent place has absolutely everything you need. Just needs new beds and you have a 5 star place ! - Property was great value. It came with everything we could possibly need as a family travelling from Melbourne. Lovely place honestly! I would have given a much higher rating if the beds were comfortable but those beds were terrible the floor was more comfortable to sleep on in the end. It’s like sleeping on a piece of wood:( 4 days of broken sleep was not good. Please update your mattress or bed and I tell you now you will be getting 10 ratings as your place is amazing. Also need to clean your walls.
• Lynette (9/5): Great apartment in an excellent part of Sydney - easy public transport and many restaurants - We arrived early with luggage from our flight and asked for an early checkin and it was provided. The key had been damaged by the previous guest and caused us many anxious moments as we could not enter the apartment easily.
• Ithal (1/5): Was not happy at all, no one decided to help. - It has a shelter The rooms were filthy, walls had stains so did the bed frame and pillows. When I had rang up they told me no one could replace pillows or bedsheets as there was no one on board? Really unhappy with my stay wasn’t even comfortable enough to sleep in that place i slept elsewhere because it felt so unsanitary it’s unbelievable. Wouldn’t go there again 110% wouldn’t even help me get a refund for something that was promised but not given. If you’re going to offer a stay at least make it liveable.
• Sheree (1/5): Place very hot and not as described. - Close to train station The kettle and air conditioner didn’t work, informed staff and nothing was done about this for the whole stay. It was over summer so place was like a sauna at times. Advertised as having 2 large double beds (which on booking.com usually indicates queen sized beds) but both were not. The 3 things I look for (air conditioner, kettle and queen + sized beds) were not functioning/available.
• Makram Ghazale (9/5): Convenient place to stay - The apartment was nice and close to the airport and the city and next to a train station.
• Mel (7/5): Amazing location - The location for this apartment is great, close to the train station and shopping. The beds were both very hard so wasn't very comfortable. Was little noise on Friday night with all the trucks but was fine Saturday night. Couldn't leave the aircon on through the night as was little stuffy.

• Jaclyn (10/5): Lovely. - Very close to the train station and Woolies. Easy to get around. Didn’t realise how close we were to the airport so it was very noisy at night time for someone that’s a light sleeper.

• Petra (7/5): Spacious and well equipped apartment but needs a better maintenance - Situated close to the train station and restaurants/takeways. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Excessive traffic noice even during night and the windows don’t insulate very well - earplugs are a necessity. The shower and around the windows had mould, needs a better maintenance. Had to mop the balcony floor to be able to use it.

• Mohammad (8/5): Good for everyone who doesn’t have kids - Spacious, kitchen, free parking, The clothes dryer machine and air conditioner didn’t work properly, dryer just worked 5 minutes, you should wait 30 minutes , the machine cooled down, and turn it on again, we had to put our washed clothes in the balcony and there weren’t any pin to hold them and it took a day for them to dry, it was serious problem for us, because I have two kids who make their clothes really dirty every day, I had to buy new clothes for them, and the customer service just says ,ohhh I’m sorry 🤨🤨
