• Katarzyna (10/5): Perfect location, fantastic host! - Nataly is very welcoming and warm person, with lots of knowledge! We went on a guided tour with her and it was amazing :) The place is fantastically situated - you can walk everywhere you want from there, it’s very central and feels safe. Shops and restaurants only few minutes away. The bed was very comfy and Naty helped us when our luggage was delayed. I couldn’t recommend this place and Naty more! Everything was great ☺️
• Rachel (1/5): I do not recommend this room - The area is nice and convenient It’s not specified clearly that this is a shared space with the owner. We expected (especially for such a high price) our own hotel room. Our room had a hole up the door, the windows didn’t close properly (it was cold and noisy + no blinds) and someone came in before we checked out (to clean, but still). Bathroom was not clean, and even though the price is on booking once you get there you have to pay in cash or they charge you 10% to pay in card which was never specified in any way by the owner or the website. Also, we asked to leave the luggage before check in and the owner said this was 10,000$ colombian pesos (I have never ever seen a charge for this) And early check in was 40,000$ colombian pesos. Very disappointed and i don’t recommend staying there as there are full apartments in the same area for a much lower price!
• Thomas (10/5): Great hosts and perfect location - Nataly and her father are great hosts, making sure you feel at home in their appartment. They even did my laundry and much more for me :) The room is really cozy, with a lot of space, comfy beds.
