- Xuzhai (2/5): Very bad stay experience - nothing When I made the reservation, your website showed "entire apartment" under this product. I took a screenshot, then paid for the reservation. After the payment was completed, your website showed me a reminder that you got the entire apartment. But when I moved in, I discovered that it was just a small room on the first floor of a house, and even the kitchen and bathroom needed to be shared with others. The room is really small, only can put a 1.2m bed. I can't even open my suitcase in the remaining space. The location is also very bad, it takes at least 15 minutes to walk from Acton Main Lane or East Acton train station. The bathroom on the first floor is unlocked and there is no way to lock the door from the inside. I booked there for a week, and it was only on the last two days that I discovered that there was no lock on the gate. The so-called combination lock was just a decoration, and the gate actually opened as soon as anyone pulled it. The curtains of the room I stayed in were torn and there was a musty smell when I entered the room.
