Guest Reviews
- ZHENG (9/5): - 地理位置便利,靠近地铁站,周边饮食丰富,工作人员友善。 房间楼梯比较陡
- Ryan (8/5): - Nice big room with comfortable bed. Good value for money. Staff were always available and really helpful and nice. You can use the coffee shop downstairs and get a discount or even free coffee if you leave a review which was nice! The train station is right outside. You can get the train easily but not able to walk anywhere from this location. Water would come up through the drain in the bathroom and didn’t smell good.
- Hannah (10/5): - Alles! Ich hab direkt verlängert!
- Jennifer (8/5): - Professional and friendly staff. Excellent bathrooms, with an actual dry area in the shower cubicles The steps up to the loft bed were very steep

- Hanna (9/5): - It was a super cozy stay at Bedever. Most comfortable bed I have had during my travels in Thailand. Super friendly staff that are very accomodating. The studio room was very comfortable and felt like a home. It was very clean. Nice with a cafe that had great vibe and coffee. Great location with the BTS right outside. The only downside was having a shared bathroom which was not bad at all.
- David (10/5): Great accomodation and friendly staff. Will return soon. - Great location and staff. Comfortable bed and shared bathroom facilities. Great cafe Very steep ladder in the loft room to get to the bed. My fault for not checking the room type first. Still a great room but I struggle with ladders.

- Suphanida (10/5): Satisfied with my stay - The staff were really nice and helpful. They assisted me with my luggage and allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. The best part of the hotel is its location—right next to a BTS station, making it very convenient to get around. There’s also a 24/7 restaurant just nearby. I’m very happy with my stay and will definitely book again when I travel to Bangkok. The room type I booked requires you to climb up to the bed using a ladder. I wouldn’t recommend this for people who have difficulty climbing or for families with children. It might be better to choose a different room type.
- Hannah (10/5): - Alles super! Ich komme wieder!
- Anton (9/5): Great for short stay - - everything works
- clean room with all the necessities
- friendly staff
- MRT station and food options next door - there were no windows in the room, so the room felt a little gloomy

Staff even showed me to my room and introduce where everything was. Free cup of proper coffee at the cafe was a nice touch. Would recommend Not much, it was well done

- Abdolaziz (10/5): Cozy, affordable and great place to sleep during Bangkok holiday. - This Hotel have everything you need (smart Tv, kettle, proper hair dryer, fridge even a laundry basket even 5 star hotels don't have it 🤣) great staff especially the 2 girls at the reception, great and cozy rooms, great location and pretty good price to. 7eleven + Starbucks near by and great massage next door. Nothing, everything was great and convenient.

- Othman (10/5): Great hotel - Everything
- kester (9/5): If you want to stay Ekkamai / Prah Khanom area of Bangkok this is the perfect little boutique hotel - Prah Khanom BTS on your doorstep. Great bed, friendly staff, perfect for a short term stay in Bangkok

- Jennifer (9/5): Perfect location under the BTS! - Perfectly located right under the BTS station! Everyone was very nice and helpful!
- Paul (7/5): Very good value for money. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fah and Ging were great ambassadors for Thailand. The hotel is right beside the Phra Khanom BTS station and very close to cafes, restaurants etc. There is an excellent cafe in the foyer (Born To Bean) and we were given complimentary free coffee vouchers on arrival. The road noise was the only issue though we expected that and brought good ear plugs with us so had a comfortable stay. We booked here twice, would have been nice to have an outdoor space but That is not possible at this location.
- Paul (7/5): - Great location next to Phra Kanong BTS. Comfortable beds, good shower. Very clean too. Fah is an excellent host, we are staying there again soon. We were facing Sukhumvit Rd, road was noisy. Not much can be done they haven't already so bring good ear plugs to have an enjoyable stay.
- Kym (6/5): Good location for an early long distance bus. - Good location next to the BTS and Close to the Eastern Bus Station. It's a good spot if you have to catch an early bus. It's within walking distance to the W district. Rooms are very small. Bathroom was adequate. The small fridge never seemed to get to temperature. No English channels on the TV. The rooms aren't soundproof and it is difficult to find. You have to drag your luggage through a small coffee shop.
- antony (8/5): -
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Staff very friendly, always willing to help
- Vickie (10/5): Exceptional - We liked it, the place was nice, great value and the staff were exceptional. They spoke very good English and were able to help us with everything that we needed. Nothing, we liked everything.
- Leo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachana (6/5): Pricey but good location - This place is located in prime location as this is just right below the metro station. Get down the stairs and you are in front of the bedever stay.
A bit pricey being at strategic location.
We booked superior king room for 3 nights. Came with a pretty big room and bathroom, had in-room slippers, bathrobe, mini fridge , kettle and work table with chair. But there is no balcony or any place to smoke. They will ask you to go out of the building if you ask for a smoking area. And there are many notice about the rules and price list of each and every item. It is as if they want to maintain everything easily without putting any effort by spraying some air-freshener (no smelly foods etc) or dedicated smoking room.
At first they said water is free of cost and when I asked for water dispenser to refill my steel bottles, they gave 3-4 water bottles. They only have small bottles and no water dispenser. And in bangkok weather you would want to hydrate yourself well. On 2nd day when I asked for water bottle receptionist made a face and asked if I want one or two?! (As if we are consuming too much water since it was free) so we bought a 5 litre can from 7-11 near by and carried it ourselves. It was uncomfortable to ask for bottles every single time as water would get over quickly.
And you need to keep the curtains closed all the time as there is direct view of metro and you can be seen from outside.
I suggest them to at least supply unlimited water and not make the guests uncomfortable about it as they already charge a lot! And a dedicated smoking area would be better in country like thailand where even marijuana is legal.
- Ghadi (1/5): Bad - It's very small room and bathrooms outside!! It's very small room and shared bathrooms !! Not good concept
- Ranet (8/5): Very good - shared bath room
not easy to use/ need a shelf for put private thing(there is zero)
- Abdi (5/5): Passable -
- Gerrit (10/5): Exceptional - Really great staff! Good coffee other side of the street lovely Thai food restaurant in alley
- Sheldon (3/5): Poor - The rooms with private bathrooms were okay. The rooms with shared bathrooms were so small that it was impossible even to unpack my suitcase or to even turn around.
- Pantaraporn (9/5): Superb -
- Sajeevan (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was extremely helpful. Kudos to staff. They really took care of me
- Dhana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (9/5): Superb - Great budget stay for Bangkok if you don't want a hostel. Room was really high quality, great bedding, aircon worked, kettle in room and great to have the sofa. The shared bathrooms were spacious and there were more than enough for the rooms sharing them. Staff were great and always helpful 😊 Note that the steps to the bed are steep and probably not great if you have any mobility issues. The room could do with a bit more counter space, there was only a very slim table which had the kettle etc, so not much space for toiletries.
Location is great in the sense that you're literally under the Super quiet Skytrain. However, you are still quite a long way from anything central.
- Oliver (10/5): Best staff ever! - Excellent location right by the BTS, clean and comfortable rooms and the best staff ever, always smiling and happy to help.
- Kesav (7/5): Good -
- Ang (6/5): Location is best, its just next to Metro station. Rooms are pretty small and bit noisy because of its location. Staff ar - location and staff No breakfast available at the hotel
- Javier (9/5): Cool spot affordable stay - Cool spot w/ all you need in a very odd but interesting location just below Phra Kanong BTS station….not fancy but very clean well serviced and newly renovated….I loved the kitsch style of the room and the kind people on the front desk….great japanese resto across the road…good street food around….the cool W district just a walk away Nothing to dislike
- Lindsey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (10/5): I’d happily return here when I come back to Bangkok. - It was amazing! Quiet, so comfortable, such awesome people at the reception. Super close to the sky train. Good safe in the room to keep documents and money etc . Close the street stalls, malls, and action. So so good Only that while there were coffee making facilities (coffee, cups, boiling jug), there was no tea… bought my own teabags and milk. Surely???
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff, perfect location
- Thekkayil (1/5): Bad - Not worth. Nothing to like
- Coco (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mark (3/5): Don’t bothered there’s better around plus if you stay out late factor in transport costs when the metro stops at midnigh - Staff angle it’s clean. Rooms were hot and small with a staircase up to the bed. There was no window and shared washing and showering. There are no towels in the bathroom to dry hands on. I booked 3 nights and stayed one night, it really was that uninviting. The staff are great and it may be near the BTS but loads of other hotel offer this. The rooms were very noisy I could hear a couple enjoying themselves at 4 at night. So when the metro stops hat kicks in.
- Dusan (5/5): Passable - Good for a short stay, it isn’t expensive, wifi works well, and the room was cozy. The staff were kind and helpful. The bathrobes and towels were probably left wet a little too long, they were clean but had a little scent. Also, there wasn’t a single window in the room.
- Vincent (9/5): Superb - Nice ! Location 20m from the bts but quiet !! +++++ value
Staff very friendly No swimming pool
- Illia (8/5): Very good -
- David (9/5): Passing thru Bangkok. - Location, secure, clean ,good air con, and good employees.Good television with English Channels. No running water or refrigerator in the room. The is up a ladder, which made things awkward and cramped.
- Melvin (10/5): Good recommanded - Near bts Nothing
- Gregory (10/5): A very practical and comfortable place to stay in the Phra Kanong area. - Location. Right beside BTS Phra Kanong. The studio/loft room is spacious enough for 1 to 2 person short stay. Bed is so comfortable to sleep in. Toilets and all areas are clean and spotless. Real value for money. None
- Jesus (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay at Bedever Boutique Hotel… amazing staff! - Breakfast not provided at the hotel. There are many coffee shop around the area. All is good. If they wil serve breakfast it will be better.
- Patrick (10/5): You cannot go wrong with a stay here . - The location was perfect . The BTS station is right outside the door. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The beds were as comfortable as any I have ever been in with great quality bedsheets . Everything was fine . I dont think they do a breakfast but that was ok because there was street vendors nearby selling excellent food and drinks in the morning .
- Tinna (10/5): Great service, great location. I highly recommend this hotel. - The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Convenient location, close to train station. They provided an excellent experience and they also know how to make customers feel at home and create a long-lasting relationship by exceeding expectations. Special thanks to Kantida, Jack and Fa, they really made an effort to make my mom’s birthday extra special. None.
- Lim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carlo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nur (10/5): Location is perfect and convenient, staffs are helpful and friendly! Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Thank you! - Everything!
- Kerri (6/5): Pleasant -
- Reuben (8/5): Very good for my Wife's surgery recovery - The staff were very helpful, the bed comfortable and perfect location for getting around town
- Alan (1/5): Bad -
- Aye (4/5): Decent place but it should be stated as a clean single-room hostel rather than hotel. - Location was very close to BTS and convenient stores. Shared facilities (bathroom and toilets); this was not highlighted during booking and the pice paid was not cheap for such a provision.
- Nur (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Room is quite spacious and very comfortable! Location is convenient to the train station, it's literally just beside. Only few stops away from central area and if you're not planning to commute via grab/taxi, location is perfect because you can just get out qnd be on your way on the train the next few seconds! Friendly and accomodating staffs. Ordered food a few times and the order didn't take long to reach the hotel location. They have rooms that are more on the quiet side and rooms that are on the side facing the train station if you prefer some noise. I'm sure you can request to the staffs and IF they do have availability they'll be able to accomodate! I was offered the quieter side than the one I've booked (as there was availability) but I honestly would prefer some noise surrounding me so I chose the "noisier" side. Different people have different preference, just remember to let the staffs know before you check in otherwise they wouldn't know.
I didn't know they do housekeeping every day (some hotels I've booked don't). I remember clicking the DND button before I took out the card to go out. But maybe because there was no power after card was taken out so the DND did not show? Just take note that you may have to let the reception know directly if you do not want anyone to come in for cleaning. But all is good! Was just a little surprised when I saw towels were replenished and toilets cleaned. I would stay here again! Thank you!!
- Ronald (5/5): Great location but overpriced "Studio" room without windows and no private bathroom. - The location is directly at the Phra Kaning BTS station Skytrain. Only 1 Minute walk away. Just next to it is the M Cafe for breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The room that I stayed in was called the "Studio Room" and had no private bathroom. It was mentioned in the description. It was basically a room with no windows, no private bathroom and I had to climb up a steep ladder to go to my bed. On arrival, the staff offered me a room upgrade but for a much higher price and I declined. Having no private bathroom needs to be communicated in the listing more clearly before the customer books.
- Murakami (10/5): Memorable - Great reception, Very friendly Admin & Concierge
Jack knows a lot about the area, every one is very passionate
about getting you a confortable stay.
Perfect location for the price 900 - 1350 THB
and it is straight off exit 4 in Phra Khanong,
which is about 6 min on the train to Phrong Phong.
If you want daily shopping then its the otherway on the train
but should find, affordable comfortable cloths.
Nothing to complain. It is one of the affordable price, so
you get what you expect plus hotel type service.
- Franck (10/5): Exceptional - Location next to BTS
Clean room
Clean toilets & shower ( shared)
Comfy bed
AC not noisy
Friendly staff Nothing
- Trevor (6/5): Nice place to stopover - The bed was comfortable Shared washing facilities and the climb up to the bed, better for younger travelers.
- Hans (1/5): Bad - The Hotel don't exist
- Sharine (5/5): Passable -
- Esiahc (9/5): Superb - To me, this is a very good small hotel.
Surprisingly quiet considering that it is only 4 or 5 meters from the BTS station!
Nice and clean bedroom with a comfortable bed and a flat screen TV larger than usual (and with a good range of channels).
There is also a nice café, where you can have coffee (with croissants!) just next door, and a "7/11" just 2 or 3 minutes away.
- Manpreet (1/5): Bad - Location of the hotel is good so near to the bts station phra khanong, room are clean, some staff are polite. This is important so earlier I booked this hotel for a couple of days and afterwards I extended my stay for more days.
There is one male staff member in this hotel just beware of him I noticed he peeps in your room if it's not locked.they give only one key and bathroom is shared with my room selection, I went to washroom and inadvertently I forgot to take out keys room got locked. I went to reception and told this male staff about it he brought another to open my room.
I noticed that a room in front of me was open so this guy went in while i was shutting the door I told as to why he was going in as the room was not vacated? To which did not answer and laughed looked at the CCTV camera and left.
Furthermore
I requested the female hotel staff that I am going to visit chang rai and requested to keep my bag with them and also told them that I will be coming back after 3 days in the morning for check-In to which she (hotel staff) agreed and told me not to worry and assured me room will available for me.
.
After 3 days I visited the hotel for check-in at around 5 AM the same male was present and told me that you can check-in after 2pm and if I want to early -check-in I need to pay 100bhat per hour lol my room cost 900bhat and he asked 1200bhat for early check-in.I told him that I had a word with the other staff and she assured me that you can check in early without any charges, to which he said she is not here sir you are talking to me my now.
I took my bag and found another hotel checked in without any early check-in charges.
This is nothing but just an attempt by the staff to loot early check-in people they exploit your need , I mean you are up all night in the bus and think of just check in the hotel and having a sleep but voila! No you don't lol.
Just be aware of the greed lurking behind their smiles.
- Ali (8/5): Very good -
- Chihiro (10/5): Exceptional - The receptionists are very kind and warm.
I was traveling alone and interacting with the staff was a wonderful memory!
- Kotaro (9/5): Excellent - It’s very convenient because it is located in front of BTS station. Additionally we can see mini max value supermarket near. Staff are so friendly. None.
- Lj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rob (7/5): Good place just a bit over priced - Location and friendly staff Seemed a bit expensive for what it was
- Paul (8/5): A nice long stay in a small but comfortable boutique hotel with a great location. Booked 30 days ended up staying for 60 - The hotel offers a good compromise of value for money and location. My room was one of the cheaper ones but I found it to be quite comfortable and a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. It is very quiet despite the location right on top of BTS Phra Khanong. Front desk was very efficient (particularly Khun Wii and Khun Deep - do they ever sleep?). The room cleaning girls also did a great job for me every day - good attention to detail and completed very quickly. The only downside of the hotel would be that it does lack a proper communal area for relaxing outside the room. There is a small waiting area by the check-in desk but it’s not a place where you can work or entertain a quest. However there are 3 or 4 good coffee places on its doorstep if this a concern.
- Pokchut (7/5): Good -
