• Ольга (9/5): - Апартаменты комфортабельные, все отлично. Для заселения нужно связаться с оператором по телефону и обговорить все детали, ресепшена нет. Посмотреть апартаменты вживую можно только оплатив стоимость проживания. Предварительно высылают видео, на котором есть вид комнат внутри. Террасы и вида из номера нет, поэтому представляешь то, что видишь на сайте. По факту да, внутри все также, однако вид из окон на стройку и забор, на террасе не посидишь, тк идут ремонтно-строительные работы со всеми вытекающими обстоятельствами.
• Maria (10/5): Amazing place to stay with friends or family - It’s spacious, easy to find. The host is very friendly and helpful. The place looks exactly like the photos. There is everything one needs: two big rooms, utensils (even nice-looking Armenian coffee and tea cups), TV, terrace, two rocking chairs, big dining table. Also, the check-in and check-out is independent. All was good

• Ani (5/5): Passable - Apartment was nice and cozy. It could have been better if the room was ready during the check in. Entire apartment was cold, heater wasn’t working well, we did get in touch with the host and explained the situation but nobody showed up to fix the issue.
• Shant (5/5): Passable - The apartment was clean and well-equipped, but we had issues with heating. During our stay at -15°C, the windows were not insulated, allowing cold air to enter. We used the air conditioner, but it was ineffective, and the indoor temperature never went above 13°C. As a result, the home was uncomfortably cold
• Mj (8/5): We would still reconsider this unit should we come back. 👌 - The unit itself was amazing. Nice interior, spacious. We loved that they have a huge smart tv and fancy two chairs. They have a balcony, but not much view as there were some construction going. Functional elevator. Smooth check in. Heater system-it was not 100% functional during our stay. It was cold inside the unit. This was a bummer really especially it was already freezing cold outside. Location-it’s a bit far from the establishments, but Yandex Taxi was there to the rescue. Tissue-2 nights, 4 people, 1 tissue roll 🤷‍♀️ I had to ask for more, and they gave us 1 more roll. 😅 Slippers-they did not provide any, so make sure to bring yours. The built in cooker was a bit tricky to use, but we got assistance.
