The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.

- Guest (7/5): Passable - L’emplacement et le personnel était a l’écoute. La première entrée a l’appartement elle était dans un état pitoyable propreté vraiment nul et épouvantable les matelas était vraiment sal et les equipement était granuleuses et usés surtout le canapé lit qui était très sal et pas du tout et loin d’être confortable

- Thalia (6/5): Good but not the best - The location was close to the station and had many shops closeby. There were no ventilation units, the heaters did not function at specific times of the day (which was already stated by the owner)
- Jabushanuri (4/5): To sum up, I would really not recommend this apartment. - The only thing I liked was the location. There wrer only 4 Metro stops to get to the City Cetre. My stay was just now, in the middle of November and the rooms for that period were cold as the heating was on with limited time. As the property owner provided me with the information, that was the countly rule, so the heating was off from 11pm to 6am and the night times were cold and awful. The heaters were not even warm during the day, once I reported that and asked to solve the issue or I was asking for a refund, the property owner sent someone, to check on our issue and once that guy came the heaters magically became so warm we could not touch it with a hand. But after the next day same thing happened. The shower water was cold especially for the winter time. As they provided me with the information, they had the water Boiler which needed time to warm the water and once it was used it was becoming cold, however, as I understand that boiler was the tiniest, as after soending only 2 minutes the water was getting super cold and was impossible to take the shower. The kitchen sink also had an issue. The water was coming out of the pipe every time we turned the water on and it would wet the floor. The property owner had basin behind the pipe which makes me think that was an issue before for a long time. I reported that as well, however, it took them 3 says to come to the property and fix it. Their response was they were trying to call me on the phone, even tho I did not have local phone number and it was obvious as my country code was totally different.
- Cohen-brener (2/5): Not suitable for warm weather!!! - Great location, easy access for everywhere, a big supermarket right opposite, and a coffee shop around the corner Not suitable for warm weather!!! A **very** hot apartment, bad circulation, so even when you open all windows, it doesn't air out enough and it is ground floor, so, when you open the windows, you are literally in the street. One of the toilets had no seat, the other was broken, they came to fix it and left one toilet without a seat. The main bedroom's shower had a bad smell, we couldn't get rid of it so we didn't use it, although the other two are tiny. The living room sofa looks filthy and when you open it, the bed is very uncomfortable.

- Adams (7/5): Enjoyed the area and the space was visually pleasing, however the lack of communication and hot water ruined the experie - The location, the space and the cleanliness. The shower water was very cold, and communication with the staff was often delayed. There were insufficient resources for the number of guests, including a lack of fans or proper ventilation and not enough drying racks.
