Guest Reviews
- Dominik (8/5): Family friendly apartment, close to M4 metro, equipment a little dated - Easy and simple. The host contacts you easily through Whatsapp. Cutlery and glasses were incomplete. e.g., only one water glass.
- Kim (8/5): Great location, big apartment - Location was great!
M4 station Susa is right across the road, which provided very easy access to Linate airport and city center.
Nice park is also across the road.
All you can eat sushi restaurant is located downstairs.
A cafe that sells delicious croissant is around the corner.
Carrefour market opens until 11 PM, which is pretty rare in Milan.
Apartment was very big, I guess over 150 m2, which would be good for a large family.
1.5 bathroom was also nice. Daikin air conditionings were working good. Interior is a little bit worn and needs to be improved.
The big mirror right in front of the toilet needs to be removed.

- Skorka (3/5): Would not recommend based on our experience - It was close to a metro station and overall the neighborhood felt safe. When we arrived we couldn't reach management at first to get the keys. We stood outside waiting and were told to come up but didn't have instructions on how to get in. Finally someone came down and took us up to the apartment. The man gave us the keys and said to leave them on the table when we were going to checkout. Problem was, the door is a deadbolt and there wasn't a way to do that.
The link we were given to the house manual didn't work at first so we had to wait for a new link, which did work.
The listing description stated there was a washing machine and a second bathroom. We were not told in advance that the 2nd bathroom with washing machine was under construction, and not available to us. This was extremely disappointing since we had laundry to do, and this was one of the reasons we booked this particular apartment.
Overall, the apartment is pretty retro and we nicknamed it "Nonna's". It's like a grandma moved out and the next day they made it a rental. The bed was fine in the larger room, but the two smaller beds in the other small room were old, springing, and had antique linens. It felt "clean enough", but the dining table in the living room had residue from cup rings, and clearly wasn't cleaned after a previous guest.
We tried using the shower but it didn't seem to have hot water. The tub and hand shower worked fine at least.
Communication with management could have been better. After 15 days I am still waiting on information from them about our final invoice and deposit.

- Davide (1/5): DON’T DO THIS MISTAKE - Big leaving room STAFF IS TERRIBLE.
We could not flash the water bathroom for 3 days because it was stuck.
The bidet was not even working, and of course, the second bathroom was not available because they were doing some maintenance job.
We had to use public toilets instead.
The staff propose 50€ of refund only (out o 360 paid).
And after all the plumber arrived 5 minutes before the check out
DON’T BOOK HERE
Overall apartment really old and really worn out
- Colin (7/5): Ok, but - Sort of OK, but very much minimalist. Location, right by M4 metro and plenty of buses and trams nearby, plus shops and restos. Two toilets. Most stuff worked. Not enough mugs - two rubbish ones. Insufficient pots and pans - only 1 giant saucepan. Not much hot water, and that was not very hot. No cooking items at all left in the kitchen - no coffee or tea, no salt, pepper, oil etc. no welcome kit. The flat is very bare, but is mostly functional. The flushing mechanism in the toilet failed on the last morning. Matteo probably should be given some training - a bit flappable. He brought the wrong keys and left my wife parked on the doorstep, where she got screamed at for ages by some local mad woman. As I say, ok, but …
- Krisztián (8/5): Old, good quality flat in a nice location - This flat is a real gem, a time bubble. The furniture and the place bring you back to a lost era.
We loved the old built-in vitrines at the entry.
Kitchen is reasonably furnished, some more mugs might be useful.
The location is quite OK, café, Carrefour store in 5 min walk, metro station just round the corner. Heating system is a luxury: the flat is overheated since there is no real regulation on old radiators.
Kitchen could do with a tea pot.
Missing cleaning material, only one dishwasher set left for checkout.
Old sockets may need more adaptors.
Double bed is OK, but 3rd-4th beds are low quality.
