- BEAN (9/5): I would stay here again. - I really enjoyed the property as a whole. It was charming on the inside and outside as well. Huge backyard with a little bar and gazebo. (please note the bar was not open at time I stayed, but we liked the seating area around it) There was shade if you wanted and sunlight as well. A screened area (for smoking, but we don't smoke) still smelled fresh and had a little fountain. We had our own food and ate out there. The room was cozy and welcoming with a great bathroom and closet.
The price point was perfect for our budget and while there was not an actual sit down breakfast, there where some muffins in our room, and the little kitchen had a microwave and toaster oven. Loved the little pool table too. I actually loved the location, yet it does require transportation as it is tucked into a neighborhood of fine homes and it would be a longer walk to main road than most would like.

- Angela (7/5): - Very clean and neat The tv didn’t work
- Troy (8/5): Comfortable place for budget minded travelers. - The common room, and back porch were very relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and quiet. The hot water in the shower could be warmer, and you have no thermostat control in the room. I prefer regular coffee and only flavored was available in the coffee station.
- Patricia (9/5): Thank you Banana Leaf Villa for a great experience! - What I really liked about the villa was it's warm and inviting setting. The hallways were beautiful and the decor, in my opinion, was great. A very wholesome and warming atmosphere. Very comfortable! Loved the security for the entrance to and from the villa and your room. FANTASTIC! Well, I didn't have access to an ice machine, and the refridge was shakey. The TV stations and channel access wasn't that great. But found a sport bar to watch women's basketball on Saturday and Sunday. Cable TV would have been great. But other than that, accommodations and places to eat were great.
- Matthew (1/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful We arrived at Banana Leaf Villa and the lobby area immediately smelled musty. We were brought to the room, which smelled even worse. The shower curtain and towels were not clean, and the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. There was no toilet paper and no soap at the sink. The bed covering was dirty, as was the couch. The TV screen was smudged with an unknown substance. The refirgerator was dirty, and the freezer portion was iced over and unable to be used. Multiple electric sockets were uncovered. The shower curtain and bedroom curtain were not properly attached and hanging off the hooks. Both of our allergies flared up from being in the room and we woke up with sore throats. We had to sleep on top of the bed sheets in our clothes, and we left immediately the following morning and didn't complete our stay.
- Lisa (7/5): Think Hostel Hotel Vibe. - Location, decor was fun, clean, appreciated the common kitchen staff were very nice..
common rooms and art work are great .. the curtain room is a great vibe for coffee or wine. Room was too cold. Don’t mind not having individual room control but the temperature should be balanced in the rooms.
Not sound proof .. especially when others play “pool” in the common area at 11 pm.. echoes down the hall. Having said that it is a fun vibe. Think Hostel.
- Rennique (9/5): Great. - Staff was super friendly and tried to ensure we had a great stay!
- nunez (10/5): - Very well kept place, staff was friendly and the place feels like your on the islands in a way Everything
- Sublett (8/5): - Price and location Too many pass code's.
- gonzalez acosta (7/5): Not is so bad but can get better - The instructions for entering and security, digital reminders and attention to details to make sure everything is ok and location, decoration room ect.. despite the lovely decoration of my room and bathroom but I have to say it wasn't that clean even In the refrigerator there was a package with old food that wasn't ours and there was a cockroach inside. So maybe make sure your employee cleaning better.
- Yu-Chieh (7/5): Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only problem is soap and shampoo, quickly run out of them, quite troublesome. -
- Ashley (7/5): it was okay - it is very homey it got a little hot at night and the water from the shower doesn’t get too hot

- Rusev (1/5): - Nothing. It was terrible The property smelled like weed. There were strange people walking around the property. It was such a terrible experience. Don’t book at this prototype
- Kayla (1/5): Terrible experience - Terrible experience The bedroom window wouldn't lock. Was completely unsafe. No one was there to talk to about the window to try to get another room. No one was around at all. I called and sent a email. With no answer. I had to pay a uber to come back and get us and I had to pay to get a different hotel. I finally heard back from someone at 10 at night. Still was told they sent someone to check the window the next day. They avoid any talk about getting a refund.
- Adams (7/5): -
- Angelina (10/5): The stay was great! We got a two bedroom suite with a connected bathroom. - I felt secure in the rooms since the front door has a code and your suite door has a different code. The bathroom has counter space, there is a fridge with a freezer, small wall safe, TV's in both rooms, all around a nice stay. The water pressure was low.
- Amy (10/5): It was Excellent. - MY QUEEN SUITE VERY NICE CLEAN, BED WAS Comfortable etc
Will be booking again!!! No complaints

- Marin (7/5): - The space was quiet which was nice. The bed was big, but too soft for me liking. Decent lighting in the room. Bathroom was also big with a nice walk-in shower. Mini fridge to keep our snacks and drinks cold was nice too. The bathroom trash had not been taken out, not a big deal, but could lead a guest to think the space wasn't cleaned to the best of management's ability. The place is kind of "off the beaten path" and not in walking distance to anything like coffee or breakfast, etc. Prepare to uber if you don't have transportation.
- Tracy-ann (8/5): Cozy/Affordable/Convenient - I stayed 2 nights for my uncle's Funeral this place was reasonably priced and offered a better rate than hotels in the area. It's a Family owned business which is a plus, accomodations felt cozy, comfortable with a relaxed home-like atmosphere. Upon entering the main entrance there is a keypad lock code that is provided prior to checking in, ample parking present, place is located at the end of a cul de sac so it's quiet. Staff is present onsite if anything is needed all I had to do is ask, All Rooms have a keypad with lock code also provided prior to check in, Rooms are spacious with it's own bathroom, beds comfortable, rooms have a mini fridge, closet space to hang clothing with iron present if needed. There is free wifi, Flat screen TV with Roku service. In Common areas there is a Shared living room space, with couch, pool table, small kitchenette that has a microwave and items to make coffee/tea. There is a vending machine also located at front entrance. There is an outdoor Patio space with tables/chairs for lounging. The room needed a little more attention to detail with cleaning.
- Tianna (8/5): Secluded and cozy. - It was secluded yet accessible. I actually enjoyed not having a bunch of staff and other people around, it kept things very relaxing and peaceful. Less hustle and bustle made my stay more enjoyable. My room was a bit small, luckily it was just me. My door, however, didn’t keep any sound out at all. I could hear every person that walked by or did anything in the hallway.
- Kisney (10/5): It was nervous at first, but once I got to communicate with the property people, Alex extremely relaxed and comfortable - The good thing k love about a lot of ppl never seen or heard about them Very quiet the back porch was nice. The backyard is big.

- Luciano (10/5): Very accommodating stay - Location, cleanliness, very helpful staff
- Tazmanius Serbantinio (10/5): Home away from home - Everything was outstanding. Jaden was super helpful, polite and just a terrific person. It's a family owned biz and it feels like home, not a hotel. They have a backyard!!! I hated to leave.

- Roup (3/5): - Staff was nice Room and fridge were not clean, keypad took several tries to work, coffee machine was available but the water in it and machine was brown/stained with dirt, room was cold without temperature controls, not able to walk anywhere around
- Cassandra (10/5): - Very cozy and comfortable, quiet and in a great location
- Elizabeth (10/5): - The art work. The quiet.

- Iryna (3/5): - Hotel is clean.
Host answered my call at 10 pm and helped deal with the issues. We couldn’t get into the hotel and our room as we received wrong codes for both doors. Room was clean but smelled weed a lot. Toilet was broken as after flashing, someone’s else( guess previous guest’s) poops we’re showing up. We didn’t stay in the hotel and left right away to another one. But I guess you can’t ask much from a hotel with the price.
- Damali (10/5): I would definitely stay here again - The location of this property was in a quiet secluded area.. Property was very much well kept and the staff and the owner were both very nice, in regard to the room layout. It was not what I was expecting, but it really exceeded expectations. N/A
- Peggy (1/5): No staff, LOTS of very loud guests all night long - The motel is decorated very cute and it was clean. There was VERY loud music from 7-8:30pm, then loud music, it seems like it was from several different people, throughout the night until about 4:30am. There were men screaming at each other at the top of their lungs at about 2 am for about 30 minutes.
The walls are paper thin but the music and fighting was so loud that even if you had a more soundproof room, you would have heard it.
It was scary and impossible to sleep. Someone started the music back up at 6:15am. I got dressed and got out of there with less than two hours of sleep. This was on a Tuesday.
It appeared that there were many people staying here but mine was the ONLY car. The whole situation was bizarre and scary.
- Taylor (9/5): I would definitely come back and visit! - I love where it was located. It felt like I was pulling up to my private home. I love the cleanliness and the size of the room. The bed was sooo comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. Any questions I had, she answered with ease. I didn’t like that I couldn’t control the room temp in my room. I am also not a fan of the room door being a lil high off the ground. I don’t want to feel like someone can put their fingers under the door or look under the door.
- Marivette (10/5): Está de Rumba” - La presentación “ muy bonito y buen gusto en la decoración
- Giovannah (10/5): Home Away From Home - It has everything you could possibly need to have an amazing stay!
- Mary (8/5): We were there a very short time to meet for appointment in Orlando. - Clean affordable and quiet Kind of confusing location.
- Perez (10/5): -
- McCoy (10/5): its a hidden GEM - the young man working the front desk was amazing and so helpful nothing
- Jean (10/5): Banana is the best place for stay - I like everything
- hyatt (8/5): -

- Joshua (1/5): I will never come here again - I didn’t like nothing about it at all. I paid for a double room suite and only got a single room and when I asked the desk he told me they put double room because it has a queen size bed and the other ones have full size so basically they scamming. Then they have the whole family staying there making all types of noises. They don’t offer no type of amenities. It’s a hour and a half away from the beach. Overall I rate this a negative 0 and I don’t recommend to anybody.
- Annalise (4/5): Disappointing based on good reviews - The bed and pillows were comfortable. The vibe is adorable. I really had high hopes that this would be the place that I would stay every time I came to Orlando. I will not be staying here again. There was literally no soap. The shampoo and body wash things on the wall did not work. So when I tried to use the hand soap, it was also empty. The bath math on the shower floor is so gross and discolored but when I picked it up to avoid stepping on it, it was even more gross underneath. The toilet also barely flushes and there was a dead roach in our room. Also, you can hear through the walls here. I kept waking up all night to the sound of someone playing loud videos or tv, and I woke up in the morning to the very clear sound of someone throwing up in the other room.

- Malaysia (10/5): Quite and peaceful getaway - I love how quiet and peaceful it was the entire time I stayed. Although there was a storm I didn’t mind the rain and noise. You can hear everything outside the rooms but when I was there barely anyone there besides tourist leaving or locals there on vacation

- Olesia (10/5): Exceptional - very cozy and nice hotel, quiet and homely

- Brianna (9/5): I will definitely book again! - The location was perfect, the rooms are like mini apartments(very spacious), the after hours check-in process was very easy, the backyard area was lovely, and the owner was an absolute angel! She took time out of her day to give me a tour of the facility and welcomed comments/feedback. The bathroom floor was a little dirty:/
- Felton (8/5): Very good -
- Lexi (10/5): It was amazing the room was clean ,the bed was very comfy. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed it very much - Everything Wish they would have had regular coffee instead of decaf
- Jannet (2/5): Good location, place needs more cleaning, sanitizing, and up keep. - That it was close to everything The room wasn’t cleaned. There was hair everywhere even inside the refrigerator. The sheets had hairs on them and seemed dusty. The pillows were very yellow as well. Couldn’t ask for a replacement on the sheets since there was no staff present. There were dead roaches under the sink as well. Lucky for me I bought my Lysol spray n bottle of bleach. The food in the vending machine was expired, some had expired in February. The muffins in the room expired 3 weeks ago. The microwave was dirty.
