• Zivile (5/5): - The location was great. Nothing else can be said about this property. Their direct competitors are providing a much better service with their staff, communication and requests Cocroaches visiting the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets every morning. We have booked the whole apartment for a team that would rotate every night and we have requested the rooms to be cleaned every second day. Upon arrival we saw that the spare room for a rotating staff ( even for a few hours of sleep) was not made up and when we asked for a team to just drop off the sheets we were faced with lots of backlash from the team. However the cocroaches were roaming free in the apartment without any extra pay for their stay.

• So (1/5): Poor Hygiene and Noisy Mornings - Location The biggest problem with this accommodation was the hygiene. There were a large number of cockroaches on the carpet in the lobby, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. In addition, some of the air conditioners did not have remote controls, so they could not be turned on. The only way to get fresh air was by opening the windows. However, street cleaning starts very early in the morning, around 4 or 5 a.m., and the noise is very loud. It usually lasts for one to two hours, making it impossible to sleep properly. Overall, the stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this place.

• Harry (4/5): GOOD LOCATION BUT THE ACCOMMODATION WAS LIKE A CAVE. - The photos didn’t quite match reality—definitely wouldn’t describe it as “luxury.” The apartment felt dated, and while the location was excellent and helped make up for the aesthetics, the overall finish was underwhelming. Cleanliness could have been better, especially in the bathrooms and showers, which were noticeably neglected. A bit of attention to detail would go a long way in improving the experience. The flooring throughout the property was severely damaged, with multiple broken sections posing safety concerns. The showers were in an unacceptable state, showing signs of neglect and poor maintenance. Skirting boards were detaching from the walls in several areas, and there were inexplicable holes scattered across the interior walls, further highlighting the lack of upkeep.

• Moritz (7/5): Preis Leistung gut, aber kein Luxus - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut, es ist eine schöne und sichere Lage in der Stadt und man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum und auch bei verschiedenen Restaurants und Bars. Das Haus hat einen mit Code geschützten Eingang, einen Fahrstuhl und tagsüber auch einen Rezeptionisten. Preisleistung ist bei diesem Apartment auf jeden Fall gegeben. Es ist augenscheinlich ein schönes Apartment in einer super Lage. Wenn man mit sechs Personen dort ist, ist es optimal. Allerdings gibt es an dem Esstisch auch nur Platz für sechs Personen, daher würde ich es nicht mit einer größeren Gruppe als sechs buchen. Für drei Nächte hat es uns dort gut gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen, man sollte aber was Sauberkeit und hohe Qualität nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben. Das Wort Luxus im Titel trifft es jedenfalls nicht. Auf den ersten Blick sieht das Apartment sehr modern und sauber aus. Doch wenn man genau hinschaut, hat es einige Mängel, alles von Schimmel, loser Kabel, Käfer in der Küche, lockere Türgriffe, abgeplatzte Ecken etc. Zudem ist das Haus sehr, sehr hellhörig. Und wenn jemand im Treppenhaus oder nebenan auch nur ein Gespräch hatte, hört man es in den Schlafzimmern. Wir hatten eine Gruppe, die das Apartment neben uns gemietet hatten, die ab 3:00 Uhr morgens sehr laut waren und wir konnten somit nicht schlafen.

Tampoco queda claro que tienes un cargo aparte del de Booking.

• Komarova (6/5): Amazing location, but host need to put more soul in to the place. - Location is absolutely great Host was not very responsive. For 5 people we didn’t have any soap, body wash or shampoo. Access to the glory main door works only with the internet. You can hear everything from the neighbors and early morning was construction noise.

Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y bien equipadas. Los baños incómodos y antiguos (se sale el agua y la cisterna hace muchísimo ruido), el suelo de la casa está un poco levantado, menaje escaso y cocina pequeña, necesita un poco de reforma. Un precio caro para la calidad que prometen.

Vi fick inte den lägenhet som vi bokat och betalt för. Vi fick en 3-rumslägenhet i källaren som var mörk, kall och luktade mögel och avlopp. Golvet var trasigt och de flesta möblerna var trasiga. Strömmen gick en dag och det tog oss en halv dag innan det var löst, vi fick ringa Booking som hjälpte oss få tag i värden då de inte svarade på varken mail, WhatsUp eller samtal. Stolarna kring bordet räckte inte till oss alla nio i familjen, så frukost kunde vi inte äta tillsammans. Någon fick sova på soffan då vi saknade ett sovrum, därav fanns ingen plats till att sitta i soffan för att se på tv på kvällarna.

• Вања (6/5): Horrible Experience – Unclean Apartment and Terrible Customer Service - The location is good. I booked this apartment with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was awful. We had informed the host in advance that we would be arriving late. However, when we arrived, the apartment was a complete mess – it hadn't been cleaned at all. We reached out to the host, and after some time, they showed up and informed us that we had to drag our suitcases half a kilometer to another apartment. We were already exhausted from a long, late flight, and then we had to wait until the next day for the apartment to be cleaned. The second place was an old, rusty apartment that looked nothing like the pictures. To top it all off, we couldn’t even sleep in that terrible place. It was an absolutely disappointing experience, and we won’t be booking with them again. I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment to look elsewhere.

• Lam (9/5): Location is good, clean and spacious, comfy stay - Location is very good, few mins to subway and supermarkets. Duomo is in a walking distance, within 15mins. Air-con is cool enough. Shower door is need to fix, water splash out to the floor.
• Dragoness (5/5): Minor changes required to improve check-in process and overall stay - Good value for money considering the ideal location and number of rooms, and the host was helpful once we were able to contact them but their contact number was not readily available. We were unable to complete the online check-in process after several attempts, which was frustrating and time-consuming, and meant that after a long day and travelling, we arrived at the property with our children and luggage but were unable to gain access. The contact number provided was for someone who said he no longer worked for the host so we had to go and wait somewhere until we were able to obtain the contact number for the host and by the time we were given access it was dark and raining. The air-conditioner in one bedroom didn’t cool well and was noisy so no one could sleep in that room but had to sleep on the sofa in the living room instead. There was mould/water stain on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Not all the TVs worked properly.
• Asma (6/5): It is a decent stay but has nothing to do with luxury, they must add a real photo for the apartment and remove the word - The apartment is in a good location and clean The property furniture is very old and the pillow were very thin and soft The owner is supportive but the response is very slow when you need them, the air conditioner stopped working suddenly at 10 pm and I had to sleep in the hot weather, they respond the next day at 10 am The location is good but there is a road construction which was very annoying.

It was a pleasant stay it was just the overall finish of the apartment which was a bit disappointing. Location however was amazing very close to duomo cathedral, shops and restaurants.

Some of the fixtures in the bathrooms were broken and not overly clean
• Mans (1/5): Run down, dark and dirty. - The only positive thing is the location in central Milano. This is the opposite of a luxury aparment. Everything is run down with big scratches in the floor and on the painted surfaces. The walls are very badly painted and look terrible. There are no windows in the kitchen and the photographs have been heavily editetd to make the place look brighter, it is a really dark and depressing apartment. Things are falling apart in the bathrooms (showers, towel racks, etcetera) and the shower corners are black from dirt. No toilet paper on arrival, but to their credit they took care of that quite fast when mentioned.

• Daniel (9/5): would rent again! - location was perfect . Lots of shops, restaurants and sites within walking distance . there was construction in process while we there and started quite earlier. I wish there was welcoming coffee pods , dishmachine pods , and list of recommended restaurants , shoppes , closest grocery store and etc..for the first day. Most places that we rent supply that..makes it much easier on the first day .

• Lee (9/5): High quality and spacious apartment just a short walk from the Cathedral and main square - spacious, comfortable, very clean and in a great central location no negative comments about the property itself, but it is very close to where a new metro line is being constructed so there is daytime noise from this.
• Hamad (1/5): The worst place I’ve ever seen. - The apartment is not like the pictures. The sofa and bed sheets are dirty. Also, the bathroom is dirty with broken toilet. The apartment smells so bad. Actually, no one could live in this apartment. They refuse to refund after we complained because of the cleanliness.
