Staff is friendly and in communication with you from the start. The loft is clean and the location was perfect for us. We will be coming back for sure!

• Sarah (7/5): Mooi appartement maar slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding - Mooi groot industrieel appartement met veel faciliteiten. Prima meubels en uitgeruste keuken. De parking voor het gebouw is ook erg fijn. Locatie is prima, zon 10-15min lopen naar centrum. Tv met Netflix en YouTube mogelijkheid. Badkamer is fijn. Slaapkamer prima met Velux raamverduistering, airco en tv. Contact met flat manager was opzich prima via de app. Er waren geen vaatwasblokjes maar deze werden na een appje snel gebracht. De airco hield de woonkamer niet koel, zelfs niet op de laagste temp met maximale blaasstand. Hierdoor was de vide mega warm om te slapen. Het matras was erg slecht van kwaliteit. Ook geen gordijnen in de woonkamer. Dus snel wakker door ochtendlicht. Echt onhandig! 1 setje handdoeken pp, was erg weinig voor 4 dagen terwijl het 36 graden is en je toch graag elke dag even wil douchen. Extra set was €20... redelijk belachelijk. Ik heb de handdoeken zelf gewassen in de wasmachine. De wasmachine lekte wel.... hele gang stond blank. In de keukenkastjes stonk het heel erg, de borden en glazen waren niet schoon en er zat een gebruikte cupje in het koffiezetapparaat. Al met al vond ik de prijs kwaliteit niet voldoende.

This apartment is a whole experience, worth to visit even j - Really stylish place, with a lot of conveniences that we wouldn’t think of getting in a rental unit (closet, tall walls, all necessary appliances and more.) Little bits of wires showing here ant there, the unfinished ceiling in the closet, the bathroom could be cleaner.

It has everything one may need, and much cheaper than a local hotel. We will definitely be back in the future!
• Ian (10/5): Why limit Plovdiv to the old town? - Intelligent host Alex provides you with all required information, including a digital guide, days before arrival making the check-in process smooth and saves you time. The address feels exclusive and immediately after entering one feels compelled to gaze upwards at the wow factor glamorous grey walls and modern ceilings. Sleek industrial influences tastefully balanced with neutral organic materials combine to create a visual feast. The central location allowing easy access to all attractions benefits everyone but it's particularly well suited as a base for arriving or departing from town because of it's proximity to the bus station. It's popular because everyone understands that a stay in Plovdiv isn't complete without having slept in this luxurious loft. While the apartment feels ultrasecure, the length of the apartments entrance code is so long that entering in all the numbers ends up feeling tedious.

There was no key but 10 numbers code. Few times I thought I will give up and stay outside :-) The lights was giving some error and we spent our first night with lights on in the corridor

• Kirstie (9/5): Super modern apartment. - Super modern with fantastic design features and extremely well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and airer. Well located for a short walk (5 mins) to the central park and 15 mins to the main shopping area and Roman forum ruins. About a 25 min walk to the middle of the old town. A large supermarket is under 10 mins' walk away (Billa), situated in the basement of a shopping centre. A good base for exploring Plovdiv. The parking space is very tight. The block where the flat is situated is still being fitted out but that didn't bother us at all with littke noise and the communal areas are clear.
• Podmatrix (10/5): Modern, clean and pretty spacious - We were fascinated by the appealing modern industrial style of the apartment. It is in a brand new building, a big plus is the free parking spot on premises. It was clean and pretty spacious and can be accommodated by more that four people as the two sofas are very comfortable. The location is great, a five-minute walk from the city center, near restourants, parks, supermarkets, mall, central railway and bus station. Very well equipped with everything you would need during your stay, even if it is for a longer period. ---
