• Prof. Ashraf ul huq Kaza (5/5): Mixed experience in Wembley! - 1. The apartment was nice, big and spacious. 2. Clean 3. View 4. Garden 5. Adequate plates and glasses 6. Safe and pleasant neighborhood 1. Most of the time, road to the property remains closed. We had to leave our taxi and walked a long way with all our luggage. The same thing happened to us when we checked out! 2. It's very difficult to contact the property. I went to the reception where we checked in and informed about some shortage of toilet paper and cooking bowls. The receptionist advised to contact the property through portal. I did that but no response. Though on the 2nd day of our visit, the property wanted to know if we need anything, but when we asked for what we need -no response. I booked a big apartment with 4 rooms and 4 toilets. Only one toilet paper was supplied for the entire apartment. I bought toilet papers and tissue box without waiting for the property's response.Only one cooking bowl for a family of 5 is definitely not sufficient. When we visited, London was very hot and humid. We knew there won't be any ac or fan. Think twice before booking this appointment in summer. 3. The basin In the master bedroom toilet takes a long time to clear. 4. I understand they have a strict policy to give check in instructions about a day ago. As I had a long flight, I sent 3 messages regarding check in instructions. No response. I contacted booking.com customer service and informed them. I also had to make an overseas call to the property. I believe if they responded to my first message that they will send instructions to me before 24 hours, no worries - it should have been fine! It's courteous to respond, right? My suggestion: if you have come to watch games in Wembley stadium, this property is perfect. If you are a tourist, better not to rent this apartment. The nearest train station is 17 minutes walk!

Perfect for Wembley Stadium only 200m away. Staff very helpful on reception It was all good. Having a window key in apartment would be useful as in warm weather you need the air coming in. I’m a tenant at one of Quintain Living buildings so I know the quality and the life style there very well. Staff and reception were great! When I booked this apartment again I’m emphasising it was for my elderly parents! There were 85 pictures all together, some apartments have a walk in shower and some have a bathtub! I don’t like the fact that under the unit that I booked there was a description that mentioned a walk in shower but when we checked in we were surprised it had a bathtub. Before I check in I emailed to ask about the walk in shower but I never had a response! That was very disappointing the units can be very challenging for people with limited mobility! I would appreciate an honest description under the unit that is booked or at least an illustration

Very quiet, we did not hear any noise from adjacent apartments. there was no tea or coffee or milk provided just what looked like left overs from previous occupiers, windows didn't open without keys that were not provided. Minor issue with a faulty light and shower drain TV was a pain we had to log into apps even for basic channels such as ITV and Channel 4. Double beds were a bit on the small side, might be good to have single bed options when larger groups stay.

Two bathrooms, kitchen, enough space for 6 adults. Nearby to Wembley stadium and just 10 mins of walking to subway which can take you to city center in 20 mins. The reception is not 24/7. It is a flat in a apartment house which is not a problem but it is nice to know that. Very soft beds. Windows are locked and can not be opened.

Washing machine, TV has Netflix and comfy sofa. Good value for money and definitely booking again. Uncomfortable bed without protective mattress cover under fitted sheet. Bedroom windows do not open and patio door has no key (if visiting with children). Small rubbish bags on leaving to be put in the shute on each floor which we could not locate but can also be placed in the large bins outside to the right of the front entrance and around the corner.

Kolejna rzecz na duży minus jest taka że trzeba samemu wyrzucać śmieci Pierwszy raz się zmierzyłem z czymś tak absurdalnym . Mało tego śmieci trzeba również segregować bo w regulaminie jest napisane że jeżeli śmieci źle posegregujesz to będzie kara finansowa Ogólnie to dosyć drogo jak na taką niską gościnność .kolejnym razem nie wybrałbym jednak tego obiektu.

• Yvette (8/5): - After a long tiring journey via train and then walking to the accommodation, we arrived in the evening and found absolutely no toilet paper in the bathroom, not even an empty toilet roll holder. I had to go out and walk around Wembley to find somewhere open that sold toilet rolls (I asked the reception who said it wasn't their responsibility). That was quite disappointing to not even be supplied one toilet roll and not be told before hand that we had to supply our own. Had I known, I could have put one in my bag before leaving home!

Polecam ! - Na pierwszy rzut oka lokalizacja obiektu wydaje się odległa od centrum, ale metro i pociągi w Londynie są fantastycznie skoordynowane ! Przykładowo dostanie się z Robinsona do Madame Tussauds zajmowało niecałe 40 minut i to z dziećmi 😉. Nie było do czego się przyczepić 😊

• Linda (9/5): Very comfortable stay - ideal for Wembley Stadium. - Very comfortable and a bit quirky- which we liked. Two bathrooms - which was great as there were 5 of us. Good outside space directly outside our apartment- which gave us the feeling of having even more space. Large fridge, kitchen facilities were fine. Excellent location for Wembley Stadium. Only one key fob to share between the 5 of us- I know we could leave it at reception but the guests who were in still had to come down to let the remainder of our party in. The ID process prior to check in felt a bit heavy- as did the repetition of the rules around our stay.
• Gustavo Luiz (7/5): Great location but hygiene could be better - The apartment is in an excellent location and has a good layout and structure. 4 big and comfortable rooms. Check-in/out was also quick and efficient. Our stay was impacted by the lack of hygiene. The floor towel had brown stains, one trash bin was dirty and both the dishes and the dishwasher were dirty. To make matters worse, the kitchen sponge was full of hair and we found hair on one of the bedsheets. Additionally, the sink and drain of one bathroom were clogged, and two of the bathrooms had almost no toilet paper. It’s a pity because the place has potential, but the cleaning service definitely needs adjustments.

• Luke (7/5): It is what it is - The space had everything I need for a short term stay. The washing machine didn’t work. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The door to the balcony would not stay open. The balcony was covered in spider webs. The rooms decor is very devoid of any character. The expectation to clean the property before leaving with only a washing up liquid and sponge provided to do so was rude.

O apartamento foi perfeito para nossa família, o local é muito agradável, próximo do metrô e muito tranquilo até mesmo em dia de jogo no estádio. Teríamos gostado muito de ter mais uma chave de acesso ao apartamento porque éramos um grupo grande, mas felizmente não prejudicou em nada nossa estadia.

We watched the soccer matches at Wembley Stadium and here is perfect to stay. It is very convenient to go to city center and we enjoyed visiting many beautiful places in city. The location is excellent, and the building itself is modern and feels quite luxurious. The reception area is very cheerful and welcoming 😄 The apartment was clean, with a beautiful view, and the interior design and lighting were very unique and well thought out. It was fully equipped with all the essentials we needed, and the kitchen had everything, including cleaning supplies, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. We would happily come back again and definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for a great stay! The only minor issue we noticed was that the sinks were draining a bit slowly, but honestly that was on us as we didn’t report it during our stay. Whenever we did contact them about anything else, they responded very quickly and were always helpful and accommodating throughout the entire experience—from booking all the way through to after checkout.

Unbeatable Location for Wembley Stadium, the OVO Arena, and the London Designer Outlet. Wembley Park metro station is within 10 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped and comes with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There are several grocery stores around the area suitable for your self-catering stay. No On-Site Parking. If you are driving, you will need to arrange external parking, which can be pricey in Wembley.
• Hayden (2/5): Shocking. - The location being right next to Wembley. From the start - we couldn’t get into the reception to get the key. We had to wait till someone else went in with a key. Then we noticed they were no toilet roll, after asking for more we got hundreds of questions asking for emails and videos of the property to prove they were no toilet roll. I find this baffling - why would I lie about no toilet roll? Also would you be asking an older coupe to provide this? We also found to see everything was dirty, they were no washing up liquid and obviously haven’t been for some time as everything in the drawers were manky. After it got to Saturday walking around the apartment I noticed the bottom of my socks were manky - the floor hadn’t been mopped either. I later messaged saying we still had no toilet roll and the sliding door for the balcony was locked. Eventually on Sunday, we got toilet roll by some rude man and got told “if we want keys to the balcony you can come get them” so I asked the question, you’ve just made the journey from the reception so why not take the key knowing we needed it? Where we didn’t get a reply. From start to finish - an unpleasant experience.

• Julija (9/5): Best panorama view, contemporary style and comfortable stay - The thing we liked the most about this property was the view! It's 17th floor with amazing city panorama on one side and Webley stadium on the other. Also, we enjoyed contemporary design, the appartment had everything we needed, like washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, etc. Perfect for two couples or a family as there are two private bathrooms, one with a shower and other with a tub. Good location, 10-15 min walk to metro station, from there you can reach city center in 25-30 minutes. There are small grocery stores around and also a Lidl. Friendly staff via booking chat. Even though the appartment was overall clean (bedrooms and bathrooms were cleaned well), the living room and especially kitchen was not. Surfaces had smudges, dishes were washed very poorly, backsplash had very visible oil splashes, windows were dirty, oven very dirty. We are not picky so it didn't ruin our mood, but for a perfectionist that would be a big drawback. Also, blowdryer has no heat, only cold air. There wasn't enough toilet paper for our longer stay. Few kitchen drawers were not functioning well, if you close one, another opens... We were only provided with one card key which was inconvenient, we were two couples. The reception is on the other side of the building and it was not explained how to find it, so we had to circle around the building. But all these things are minor, the stay was worth it.

There were pans that’s didn’t work on the induction cooker which we eventually figured out ourselves after unable to make breakfast the first day. The message back just gave us information already available but nothing to tell us that some of the pans don’t work.

• Lisa (3/5): If you like to stay in clean, healthy and safe apartments do not book here. - Concierge was very pleasant and helpful - key fob pick up was very straightforward and quick. The location is very good being about a 10 walk from Wembley Park Station that has Metropolitan and Jubilee line trains running into the CBD. There are 2 small supermarkets (Sainsbury's and a Lidl) close by which is convenient for groceries. There are restaurants etc nearby too. The beds were made and the bed linen and towels were the only things clean. The apartment was very unclean and was potentially in an unhealthy and unsafe condition. It appeared to us that it had not been cleaned before our arrival. Floors had dust, grit, hair and food fragments. Surfaces were greasy and dining table had food remnants on it. A mirror had the imprint of a mouth on it. The toilet had faeces splatter and the drains to both the shower and the bath were blocked so the water did not drain away properly. The dishwasher was dirty and needed cleaning before use and the dishes in the cupboards were wet which meant they all had to be cleaned before use. The clothes dryer condensate reservoir was completely full and the filter was jam packed with lint, presenting a potential fire hazard. There was a pin jammed in a joint in the coffee table so it presented a needle stick hazard. The property managers, Guest365, asked us for photos to back up our claims and then sent a person (not a cleaner) around the next day to clean. The person wiped some surfaces, moped the floor and cleaned the toilets. As it was a Sunday they would not be a plumber coming to fix the drains and we had to unblock the drains. When we asked how they were going to remedy the fact they had charged for an apartment that was unclean and potentially unsafe they offered 15% off the first 2 nights. When we did not accept that they said their final offer was 20% off the first 2 nights plus a refund of the cleaning fee. As that was their final offer we had no choice but to accept that. We advised them what our rating would be and they did not reply.
• Mirza (7/5): Good - Location was good . At time of Check in I ask 2 fobs but the staff refused me to give 2 fobs and told me first, I give good review of the building and staff then he issue me 2nd fob . At the time of checking in How can give reviews first day . Awful Unprofessional .

I’ve been relocating back and forth between Australia and London for 10 years and usually stick to the Chelsea area, but I found this place while searching for permanent accommodation. It was such a lucky find—honestly the best short-term rental I’ve ever had in London. It’s hassle-free, great quality, and the staff are wonderful. Plus, the transport links are perfect; it connects to everything and is just one straight train line to my university. I can't recommend it enough."

It turned out to be an incredible discovery—easily the best short-term accommodation I have experienced in my 10 years of coming to London. The quality of the facility is top-notch, and the experience was completely hassle-free. The location is fantastic, offering great connections to all tube lines, including a direct line to my university. The staff service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this property!"
