• Mustafa (9/5): Wonderful! We loved this place. Next time I would like to stay at this place again. - We liked the apartment very much. Everything was great. The host was very helpful and friendly. The location was super. This was our second stay. I would like to stay again. The washing machine door didn’t open. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. 2 of the 4 burners of the oven were working.
• Sharon (6/5): There was a tapping in the main bedroom all night that we couldn’t find the cause of, maybe heating related. Especially - Location and the flat was very nice No hot water, even though we let them know early that there was no hot water their response time was 7 hours and still not resolved when we left. We had to boil the kettle to be able to bath.
• Daša (5/5): Old and overpriced - We liked the location and the price compared to other accommodations. It was and apartment you can sleep in. Literally everything was falling apart. There was not one door that would work properly. One was falling apart, one to toilet didn’t even have a handle… Random plastic decoration everywhere. The ceiling in the hallway would leak after neighbors upstairs would take a shower. The apartment is very old with too many broken things that could be easily fixed. Overall Old and Overpriced apartment.

• Aniket (5/5): Really strange owners - They didnt change our sheets or towels during the entire 12 days we were there. Additionally I forgot my airpods there and I called immediately but absolutely no response - my brother even went to the place to request for them but no one responded there too.

Location, owner, home stuff, wi-fi, heating system… I would like to stay again, if I visit London one more time little problems: broken toilet seat (still), broken door handle (of the toilet), water dripping from upstairs to bathroom ceiling (solved immediately) and ofcourse the price (should be less, I think)

• Gavra (9/5): Superb - Easy to collect, however the collection point is half an hour away from the property and this is annoying when you have luggage Just the collection system. Everything else was good
• Andrea (7/5): Clean and good located apartment. Broken bathroom. - Very good location. The flat was very clean and cozy. The toilet seat was broken and it was smaller than the toilet, so it was very uncomfortable to seat. It needs to be changed! The doors of the bedrooms didn't close properly and one of them had a broken hinge so we had to sleep with all the doors open every night, which did not give us much privacy. I would have liked to have more human contact with the owner. The messages were like written by a machine.

• Pablo (4/5): Poor security, dirty and several things to fix - The location (regarding the distance to center, not the neighborhood). The living room was nice. The door had no security (no way to lock it from the outside), the kitchen was not clean, the toilet seat was broken, the doors inside the appartment didn’t close, and the drain of the shower was clogged. Additionally, the building was dirty (rubbish outside the appartments and many flies). We advised via chat of the poor conditions of the appartment and they didn’t fix it.

• Nicola (5/5): Passable - Had to divert my journey to the property to collect the keys from a shop (which cost me extra in a taxi) Also no covering on bathroom window, which was awkward as the neighbours stood outside smoking. although we had hot water the radiators were cold, no tea, coffee or sugar available, bad mould in kitchen on ceiling. Neighbours above quite noisy. wouldn’t recommend going out alone at night!

• Tristan (6/5): A pleasant stay despite a first very cold 24th s. - modern spacious lovely decor comfortable beds host not very welcoming. keys not simple to pick up and meant extra taxi cost. toilets no heat in the room.
• Andrea (7/5): A great weekend stay in a central location - The location was excellent, very close to Edgware Road tube stations and not far from Paddington. Property was clean, with comfortable beds, a nice living area overall fairly quiet. We were able to meet the housekeeper at the property a little ahead of time rather than collect the key from the advertised collection point which was helpful. Overall a great place to stay for a weekend break, with everything we needed. Facilities generally good incl. Wifi, TV, good central heating. I have included a photo of the outside of the building and near the tube station. Some of the property was a little tired, kitchen equipment a little basic and no tea towel provided. A couple of specific niggles included that the door handle and lock on the toilet door were broken, and the toilet seat badly fitting. The bathroom was adequate but the shower not very powerful.

• Ben (10/5): A comfy and central base to enjoy a weekend in London - Location was perfect, near shops and the Tube and a nice pub, and minutes from central London. Nice safe-feeling area and comfy amenities. Very little! Was everything we wanted!
