• Ellenni (4/5): Recommend staying elsewhere that's clean - Size of the apartment The stench in the hallway even before entering the apartment, there were still crumbs on the floor under the table, all walls were pretty disgraceful and not cleaned with marks everywhere looking like a brothel, door of 1 bedroom had a punch hole in it, bathrooms were disgusting and had black mold on the tiles in the shower walls on top of all the other mold everywhere else in the bathroom, stickytape on shower handle covered in mold and gunk underneath, drains stunk, aircon remotes didn't all have batteries, fridge smelt like cigarettes, no outside table just chairs, no water glasses. Given the current state we were terrified to use any appliances such as a kettle or cups as who knows if it has ever actually been cleaned. Extremely disappointing when I booked this place for my entire family to stay.

• Claire (7/5): Clean and cozy as described. Close to all amenities. - The location of the apartment to our event and to the city was fantastic. The place was clean and tidy. The beds weee not comfortable and were very low to the ground. In the hallway from the elevator to the apartment there was a very unpleasant smell.

• John (9/5): The check in and out process was easy despite no physical contact with a reception, would consider staying here again. - The property was well located in South Brissie very close to all the attractions. There was a stale smell in the corridor, must not be well ventilated. The lift for the car was interesting, I think some less confident drivers would not like this setup.

• Oldham (6/5): Pleasant - Great location,close to everything.The apartment was well styled...But could be better.. All 3 beds were very uncomfortable,you could feel the inner springs and very noisy, pillows were average and only one each,there were bedside lamps on each side of the beds but no power point,there were no glasses to drink from,none! (Wine glasses yes but no tumblers or glasses)The fridge was not cold enough and we didn't know how to change the temp,there was no outdoor table but 6 outdoor chairs and we weren't given the knowledge that you need to use a car lift and all visitors parking spaces were full every day.And there was no fob for main car park gate,You had to get out run inside and down stairs and open it from inside the carpark...odd....sorry we did enjoy our stay...BUT we won't return
• Nicolette (5/5): Going by the photos and location this unit was perfect for us, location was great, just not everything was great. I real - The central location to our needs, was tidy and looked modern, Beds were lumpy, could feel the springs digging into us during the night, kitchen was not stocked enough for our needs, wanted to scramble eggs for breaky and had to use a saucepan because no large bowl, mismatched wine glasses, not enough plates/mugs to go around, no glasses at all; have to use wine glasses if you wanted a glass of water. Towels were thin and need replacing. Bugs were coming out of the bathroom vents, repairs needed on one damaged door (looks like a punch). No outdoor table, just a lot of chairs. Minor repairs needed. There is a car lift to use to get to the basement parking, small cars preferred. Wasn’t told that, lucky our car fit, just.
• Norton (5/5): Passable - Great location. As we arrived in Brisbane at 8am, I contacted property prior to request bag drop off. I was advised that we could drop bag in apartment at 10am when tenants checked out. On day, I contacted property and was advised that they were now having a late checkout and we couldn't drop bags until 11am. It was pouring with rain in Brisbane, which made it very difficult to do anything wirh our luggage in tow. The cleanliness of apartment was not grear. The black and white mat in living area was disgustingly dirty. It needs to be steam cleaned or removed.
• Hester (3/5): Left at own devices - management not attentative - dissapointing experience - apartment kitchen needs attention - Good location 4 bedroom =6 people 3 wineglasses only!! No waterglasses or additional wineglasses Agent not contactable on number provided - once he sent a message we could only communicate via messages no direct phone calls were possible Fire alarm in apartment went off at 03:45am- once again could not contact agent (see above) tried contacting building manager - not aware of reason for fire alarm in apartment ONLY- switched off all airconditioners- alarm stopped - agent could not give explanation the next day - said it was a building problem! Very bad experience considering we had just arrived in Brisbane after a 14 journey flight
