• carly (6/5): London weekend - Close to London 02 arena, which is the only reason this apartment chosen Beds not comfortable, the mattresses were extremely soft. The oven didn't work and there wasn't anywhere to eat locally. There were 3 of us staying and the showers only stayed warm enough for one person. Lighting not great, a lot of bulbs had gone in the bathroom so working off one or two spotlights. Owners not great at communication messaged a couple of times prior the stay, only responded to the travel question. Really late releasing the accommodation details which panicked me as I was worried something had happened! A lot of money for what it was.
• EILEEN (2/5): BEDS WERE ATROCIOUS WHICH SPOILT OUR BREAK IN LONDON AS WE WERE ALL VERY TIRED. - TERRIBLE BEDS AND COLD SHOWERS, WET CARPET AND MOULD ON WALLS

• Clair (9/5): Fab weekend in London - Property was a fab location for us, near to Canary Wharf and trains. Got a parking space which made it perfect for us The apartment could of been a little cleaner, skirting boards and a couple of other bits were grubby. Shower door and some grouting need maintenance

• Sofie (9/5): Mooi en licht appartement op de 16de verdieping met een prachtig terras en uitzicht - Zeer mooi en ruim appartement met een spectaculair uitzicht vanop de 16de verdieping. We hadden geluk met het weer dus we konden buiten eten, wat voor ons een onbetaalbare meerwaarde was. Sleutels oppikken was makkelijk via de portier. DLR station Blackwall bevindt zich op minder dan 5 minuten wandelen. Bus nummer 15 vertrekt aan hetzelfde station en brengt je rechtstreeks naar Trafalgar Square op een klein uurtje. Er is een kleine Tesco Express net om de hoek. Er zijn 2 mobiele airco units aanwezig wat we ook zeer op prijs stelden. Zoals velen voor ons al gemeld hebben: de matrassen zijn veel te zacht. Extra bedlinnen voor het sofabed (wel een harde matras) waren wel handig geweest. De geluidsoverlast van de snelweg was op te lossen met oordopjes.
• Edgar (7/5): Apartament correcte per estar uns dies a Londres, prop de l'estació del DLR i d'un supermercat. - Vistes impressionants. Molt a prop de l'estació del DLR. Al costat hi una un supermercat TESCO que està molt bé. Sempre hi ha un conserge a l'entrada, molt amable i servicial. Fàcil gestió de les deixalles. L'apartament estava ben equipat, potser faltara alguna cullera més i algun detall, però en general estava bé. El llit de matrimoni. Impossible dormir bé. El matalàs de molles està en molt mal estat, necessita un canvi. També entra massa llum per la finestra. En general també hi ha molt soroll de la carretera, doncs passen vies principals pel costat. Falta una cafetera

• Framester (10/5): Value for money, very comfortable, great location - Cracking location, close to Canary Wharf and Blackwall. Great view from the balcony. Comfortablle. No problems at all. We loved it.
• Heather (7/5): The lack of parking was a problem for us as we’d not understood there were about 3 spaces fora 20 floor building! Good l - Great location although in Poplar not Canary Wharf. Good views of the river from the high floor. Nice balcony. Helpful host. Old uncomfortable mattresses on creaky bases. Carpets could do with replacing. No parking do don’t be fooled by that claim. We had to use the Canada Wharf car park a 15 minute walk away. No bottle opener!
• Robin (8/5): Very good - Good communication with the owner. No problem checking in despite arriving late (arrived 23:15). Good location, close to bus and metro. Tesco Express very close. Nice balcony. Short beds, and poor mattresses. Needs better location instructions: If you punch in the address in Uber or Google Maps, you end up a 2-3 min walk away from the actual location. We arrived late, so a payable option to have the fridge filled with a pre-order of essentials would be nice.
• Deborah (8/5): Son took part in London Marathon great location to view the Marathon and excellent transport links nearby. Modern apartm - Well appointed apartment. Good position. Able to easily contact the host who sorted out a minor issue. Could do with new mattresses. They were too soft and not supportive.
• Pearly (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good, and the apartment comes with nice spacious balcony to enjoy the view at Canary Wharf. Is clean and tidy and well equipped with air fryer, toaster and washer dryer. We have to collect the key from concierge by 8pm and so I rushed from Euston Station to the premise by 6.30pm but nobody was there. Took us 30mins waiting at the concierge and finally access the apartment. Must say that the check-in was an unpleasant start. The bed is too soft and we preferred firm mattress. Contacted the host about the shower drain which was not working, the water can't seep out. Good thing is the host responded quickly and try to arrange plumber to check.
