• yap (3/5): - The environment is nice, with a park just downstairs. The cleanliness is also acceptable. However, I felt quite disappointed with my hotel stay this time. This was actually my third stay here. For my first stay, I stayed on the West side. There was some soundproofing issue, but it was still acceptable. The room was at the end of the corridor, so it was not too disturbing. For my second stay on 24–25 April 2026, I stayed on the East side. I could hear the sound of vehicles, but it was still bearable. During that stay, the door lock was also faulty, but the hotel team did help to fix it. This time, I stayed from 20–22 May 2026. I booked the Queen Plus room type, but I was assigned to the East side, Level 9, Room 25, which is an OKU-friendly / accessible room. Unfortunately, the facilities in this room were not very convenient for me. Putting aside how inconvenient the bathroom facilities were, the biggest issue was the overall stay experience. During my two-night stay, I felt very disturbed. The soundproofing was extremely poor. The corridor was very lively and noisy, and I could clearly hear people screaming, talking, walking in groups, or even just two people chatting. I could also clearly hear the elevator noise and the sound of vehicles passing by outside. All these noises could be heard clearly from inside the room. Overall, although the location and environment are good, this stay was really disappointing due to the poor soundproofing and the room arrangement.

Местоположение далековато от центра, но это не было проблемой ездила на такси и метро. Завтраки не брала, но на 1 этаже рядом со входом есть Старбакс, так что вкусный кофе всегда рядом, есть хорошая прачечная, а за отелем красивый парк где можно прогуляться и отдохнуть ☺️ Много, очень много «громких» китайцев, они когда идут на завтрак так шумят, будто у вас в номере находятся , из-за этого сон нарушается и соответственно не высыпаешься! Есть решение беруши, но с ними спать не удобно(

• Zikrullokhon (10/5): Super - Heyy there I’m so happy with my staying at Komune Hotel everything was so nice from reception to all staffs, along with the park behind the hotel was incredible especially when reception told my the password was my last name (I’m like Wow) that was so unexpected to me and also as soon as I entered my room on tv welcoming massage, in short I loved everything there thx youuu. If they can provide the additional soap for the hand washing would be awesome.

• Shnjane (7/5): - Looks contemporary from outside. Had training here, so staying was a good option. Soundproofing is terrible. Literally can hear sneezes and coughs through the walls. It's basically like an OYO but advertised as a hotel. Pretty basic stuff, even the toileteris and amenities in the room. For the price, fair enough. Aircond also cannot adjust, quite hot/heaty.

• CHUA (9/5): Comfortable & worth every penny spent - The room was clean and spacious, extremely worth for the price paid. Also the utilities are complete with water dispenser that have both hot & cold water. There are also lounge, swimming pool and board game room for you to spend the day chilling. Staffs are extremely friendly too. It is quite troublesome to validate parking at counter everytime, perhaps they can work out a way to exit parking using hotel key card for hotel guest.

• Carolina (9/5): Value for money hotel. - Pool was amazing and huge. Kid (and the adults) enjoyed the games room! Check in efficient. Staff were great. Nice park just outside the hotel. Good compact apartment. 711 and Starbucks just outside the loby was handy. A few marks on the walls, couch etc Food court downstairs ordinary. A little distance from KL sentral but not an issue if you are happy to use Grab 😊
