JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building.

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Marissa (9/5): Modern and chic apartment in an ideal location - Modern, nicely decorated. Plenty of space for storage, luggages and shopping bags! Great welcome kit. Very helpful staff who met us at the location. He helped us with all the luggages. It has 2 lifts and a friendly door man! We didn’t cook but the utensils look complete. Ideally located. Near high end luxury shopping and San Babila shopping district. 10-15 mins walk from Duomo or you can take the red line metro. The metro station is a mere 3 mins walk. If you drive, you can drop off your luggage first as it’s loading zone in front of the building. Parking garage is also no more than 5 minutes walk. Noise from the theatre 2 nights in a row although we stayed during weekdays. So depends on your luck I guess. The bedroom with ensuite is a bit small but you can use the spare storage room in front of it as an extension. The second bathroom has almost a transparent door so you can actually see what the user of the bathroom is doing inside! Not an issue for us but might be for some.

- Pilar (9/5): Very recommendable flat- every thing fine - Excellent located just one metro stop from Duomo and in a nice street full of nice brand shops. The apartment is very comfortable and nice decorated. We also loved that there are two bathrooms so that we didn’t have to share it. Bedrooms are nice and light, beds very comfortable as well. There is also an elevator which we used when we were carrying the luggages, otherwise we walked the two floors up the stairs. We have nothing to complain about.

There were hidden charges when he were not specified at the time of booking. Just after booking when we told that we will reach by 1130-12 in the night we were told to pay 80 euros extra. Which was not there in the advertisement in booking. Com. Had we known this earlier , we wouldn’t have booked the room.
- Elita (6/5): Pleasant - The house was clean, fresh colors with minimalistic style and comfortable for family stay. I like everything about the property, yet the administrative part was done very badly. The staff didn’t inform us that the house is booked already on the day of our check-in, which we have submitted several times. And we had to handle the issue right before flight with kids - to find for one night another place to stay.
