• Damian (1/5): Never again! No lo cojas! Es ist nicht normal! - Es war sauber. Clean. Limpio está. ¡No lo cojas! Worst experience ever! Es ist nicht normal! We did call the owner to get access. He said: You are calling to the wrong number! So, don't call him to the number HE put in the App. They sent a PDF when you book the apt. First image: Don't buzz the bell. So, he wants your money but DON'T bother Him! We finally get to the door, Not Easy, Es wird nicht Einfach, NO te va a ser Fácil llegar a la puerta. The door was opened. We hesitate to enter 'cause we heard that inside was a washing machine working. I did text him to confirm we didn't traspass any property. Everything was ok. So, YES... He makes the washing in your apartment. The bed was horrible and the pillows even worst. To anyone who is going to Prague, I will let them know that: He doesn't want you there.

• Markus (10/5): Mein neuer Favorit im Zentrum vom Prag, ideal für Erkundungen von Zizkov (Praha 3) - Top Lage - Top sauber - Top Ausstattung. Das war alles zusammengenommen bislang meine beste Unterkunft von einigen in Prag. Etwas für Fans von Zügen was nicht ironisch gemeint ist: auf Höhe des Apartments ist die Trasse der Züge vom und zum Hauptbahnhof die häufig fahren. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern sind diese fast nicht zu hören, jedoch zu sehen. Weiterhin Sicht auf den großen Busbahnhof Florenc (u.a. mit FlixBus und RegioJet) sowie eine Gleisstrecke unterhalb der Zugbrücke. Der Check-in war unnötig kompliziert. Zuerst müssen die Schlüssel von einem Parkplatz geholt werden der mit einem Tor verschlossen ist. Da gab es ein Missverständnis mit dem Öffnen des Tores, das zu umständlich ist es zu schildern.

• Marta (2/5): Nie wrócimy w to miejsce - Dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum To było najgorsze doświadczenie jakie nas spotkało korzystając z booking. Wynajęliśmy to mieszkanie razem z miejscem parkingowym. Bramę na parking otwiera tylko właściciel i trzeba dać mu wcześniej znać.. Tak zrobiłam, mimo tego żeby odebrać samochód czekaliśmy z mężem i naszymi bagażami na zimnie (było -4) przez 45 minut!!! Dobrze, że trafił się jakiś miły pan, który nas zobaczył i zapytał czy potrzebujemy otworzyć bramę, bo właściciel odczytał moją wiadomość dopiero po GODZINIE !!! czasu, mimo że dzwoniłam do niego jakieś 30 razy. Nie mogliśmy też wrócić w tym czasie do mieszkania, bo jak się wymeldowujesz to musisz zostawić klucze w mieszkaniu i zatrzasnąć drzwi. Jestem teraz przeziębiona, bo stanie tyle czasu na zimnie mnie wykończyło. Samo mieszkanie nie jest już tak "świeże" jak na zdjęciach, szafki w łazience są bardzo zniszczone, poduszki okropnie niewygodne, słuchawka od prysznica przecieka

• Большунов (9/5): - Місце розташування просто шикарне для ти хто проїздом, як до жд вокзалу так і до автобусної станції 15 хвилин пішки. Світла чиста квартира з терасою. Тихе місце. Кава машина окремо порадувала з ранку😁. Відсутні гостьові одноразові капці, та не фіксується лійка в душі, відсутній телевізор, не зручні подушки (Можливо потрібно додати ще по одній більш жорсткій аби гість мав вибір для власного комфорту)

The parking lot was only accessible if you called the owner to open (close) the automatic gate. If the owner did not answer, you could not access your car or get out of the parking lot. This was not communicated until we arrived at the location.

• Simone (5/5): Guter Preis, aber nicht zu empfehlen - Super Lage in Bahnhofsnähe, man war in 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Saubere Wohnung mit dem nötigsten, was man braucht. Geräumige Dusche mit genügend Ablageflächen. Auto steht sicher verschlossen, für Fremde unzugänglich. Bad ohne Fenster und ohne funktionierenden Lüfter, schlechtes WLAN, was um 22 Uhr komplett abgeschalten wird Kein Toaster, kein Radio, kein Fernseher, kein Brettchen, unscharfe Messer, kein Backpapier, lange Haare im Herd Geschirrspüler undicht Die Anzeige zeigt 2 verschiedene Wohnungen und man weiß nicht, welche man bucht. Für eine Familie mit 2 Teenies zu klein. Parkplatz wird nur durch telefonischen Kontakt geöffnet, teilweise mit langen Wartezeiten vor dem Tor und wenn man nicht zügig das Auto auslädt, steht man hinter dem verschlossenen Tor und muss wieder anrufen. Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, nur per WhatsApp, Schlüsselübergabe nur über verschlossene Box mit Code.

• Simona (5/5): - Топъл , зареден добре от към кухня. Не ми хареса ,че няма телевизор. Може би е моя грешка,че не погледнах ,но не бих предположила, че няма да има. Спалното бельо е ниско качество, възглавниците под всякаква критика. Имаше забравено спално бельо в сушилнята , а на терасата имаше изпражнения от куче. Паркинга е платен, нямате ключ за него ,трябва всеки път да пишете на домакина ,което е страшно неудобство. В банята закачалката на душ слушалката е счупена.

• Marina (9/5): - Хорошее расположение, тихо, уютно,было всё необходимое на кухне, чисто. Было застелено сырое, недосушеное постельное бельё, и качество белья и подушек неудовлетворительное, давно требует замены!
• Laetitia (8/5): - We found the apartment really well located with a short way to the train station and fast transportation to the city center via tram. The street was very beautiful, generally quiet and right next to a small park on a hill. You could easily go for a walk, shop for groceries or eat at a reastaurant all within walking-distance. The apartment was generally well-equipped for longer stays (although missing some kitchen things like a cutting board or baking paper) and comfortable, so we would recommend it. Some things in the apartment were not in the best shape: there was water coming out of the dishwasher, the toilet flush was damaged and the wifi fairly slow. We also did not like the check-in, because the keys to the apartment were in a lock-box in a private parking area so we had to wait for someone to let us enter there, which took quite a while.

• Borja (4/5): Mediocre - La ubicación Desde que llegamos fue una desilusión, para conseguir las llaves para acceder al apartamento es complicadisimo, no tenía terraza y en las fotos sí había, en el proceso de check out hay que dejar las llaves del apartamento dentro, al ir a salir el portal estaba cerrado y nos quedamos atrapados, lo peor de todo que no tienen plan B para esto y te tienes que buscar la vida.
• Teresita (8/5): Great Stay, but Key Pickup Could Be Easier - The place was nice and well-equipped. The bathroom was excellent, especially the shower, and the balcony was just as great. It also has a washing machine, which was also good! Getting the keys wasn’t easy, and when we asked for help, the response came more than 1 hour and 20 minutes later. I’d recommend leaving them in a more accessible location.
• Anna (10/5): - Everything was nice and clean, it was comfortable to live in. It was quiet, you could hear trains but it wasn't any problem. There are two entrances to the building - the main one and the back one that is right next to entry to the apartment.
• Javier (10/5): - Es un apartamento pequeño, pero muy bien ubicado. Está en una calle muy chula, a solo unos minutos andando de la estación Central de Praga. El alojamiento está junto a un parquecillo con una senda ciclable, muy agradable para pasear. Al lado del ascensor hay una puerta y una escalera que baja directamente desde el edificio al parque. Muy recomendable subir por este paseo hasta la plaza Tachov (Tachovské náměstí) con varios locales para comer y beber algo, fuera de la masificación turística. Disfrutamos también de la terraza del apartamento, con mucho verde alrededor. Nos dejaron buen café e infusiones para el desayuno. Para lo demás, hay todo tipo de comercios en las proximidades. La recogida de llaves se parece a una yincana. Por otra parte, no hay ninguna hoja con instrucciones en el alojamiento, así que que uno mismo tiene que averiguar qué se hace con las basuras, qué tiendas y qué restaurantes hay en las proximidades, etc.

• Claire (8/5): - Bon suivi de l'hôte, explication claires et fiables, appartement très propre, sympa, bien equipé, très bonne literie, vue dégagée, parties communes propres bien entretenues, rue calme, facile accès centre, tram, gare. Pour les plus sensibles et seulement fenêtres ouvertes, passage du train.
