• Philip (1/5): Uninhabitable due to extreme heat, filth, and a host who vanished after promising a refund. - We booked this apartment expecting a “luxury” experience, as clearly advertised in the listing title. What we walked into was the complete opposite — a neglected, overheated, and unclean space that felt more like a worn-out party venue than any form of luxury accommodation. Upon arrival, the indoor temperature was well above 30°C, with all A/C units running on power mode and still failing to cool the apartment even after hours. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained, with empty plastic cups left behind, broken furniture, and a general sense of abandonment. The furniture seemed to have been broken, then lazily “reused” rather than repaired or replaced. Neighbors even confirmed the apartment had clearly been used for frequent parties, which further explained the state of disrepair. This was not just disappointing — it was physically uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe, both from a health and hygiene perspective. All in all the apartment was inhabitable moreover due to it's dangerously high temperature. But perhaps even more unacceptable than the condition of the apartment was the behavior of the host. Despite reaching out immediately upon arrival, we were completely ignored — no help during the stay, no apology after, and now, two weeks later although promising us a refund, still zero communication. The host has completely disappeared and refuses to acknowledge messages, not only from us but also from Booking.com themselves. 🔴 This is not just a bad listing — it is a serious warning. Travelers, please be extremely cautious before booking this property. The host shows no sense of responsibility and offers no support or accountability. If anything goes wrong during your stay — and it very likely will — you are completely on your own. Legal Actions against the host are pending and will be prosecuted if no refund is given in a timely manner. Booking.
• Paulina (1/5): Don’t stay - Suburb area was perfect I was dirty when we arrive , cleaning lady didnt come to clean last guest mess , we had to wait…. We were very tired after a long flight.. still the cleaning afterwards wasn’t perfect , hairs , crumbs all over … if you are coming with kids think twice , those stairs are very Insecure and noisy ….. the host was terrible … lack of empathy, bad communication skills … I thought a lot before write a review … I explained my disappointment with the host but no apologies, no reply … NOTHING…. Really ??!! The best value is only the location …
• Bryce (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, beautiful space that exceeded expectation. The balcony was really nice to spend the evenings on. Even thought the street was lively, the apartment was very quiet.
• Jennifer (9/5): Superb - The owner of the property rectified any issues we have - I won’t mention as don’t feel they’re a reflection on the property itself or the owner and faults out of his control, despite this, he rectified the issue which left me happy. The aesthetic of the flat was cool, it was really different and situated to younger persons travelling. Also had a bath which is brilliant as not often you get a bath travelling. Had everything you need for a few days. I didn’t like the stairs and this would put me off returning
• Mozi (8/5): Grate Milan getaway - Beautiful clean and well located appartment. Stuf (mainly Ele) was kind and responsive (Only by correspondence mail / whatsupp). The hanging metal stairs contribute to the design but are not for the faint of heart... grait surrounding and superb pizza place next door The apartment is clean, pleasant and tidy. The score could be a lot higher with a little effort and more attention to small details that would improve the accommodation experience. For example: adding a microwave to the kitchenware (no microwave in the apartment even though the apartment specification states that there is one). There was no salt, hand towels nor hand towel racks in the bathrooms and kitchen. There are additional pillows if necessary but no additional Pillowcases, some of the equipment in the apartment, such as spare bed linen and towels, was scattered and hidden in various corners ext'. Bottom line...Except for the lack of a microwave, the little flaws , like the examples described did not spoil our pleasure and we would be happy to stay there again.
