• Monika (8/5): angenehmer aufenthalt mit tollem bergblick - der ausblick auf die berge, kleine kirche auf anhöhe. sehr, sehr freundliches personal. zimmer ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber u. angenehme zimmergrösse (32 m2) gutes abendessen u. sehr ausgiebiges frühstücksbuffet. das personal, jeder einzelne sehr bemüht u. zuvorkommend !! wir kommen sicher wieder ! leider keine espressomaschine

• Bettina (9/5): Romantic getaway - We had a great time here. Fabienne at the reception was wonderful, she made our stay really easy and enjoyable. The food was delicious and they paid extra attention to our food allergy even with personalized menu card each evening. The sauna and wellness rules were a little odd for us (especially that not everybody followed the protocol) but I guess this is part of the culture. We would visit again.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Kulanz des Hauses: Da wir trotz Halbpension am zweiten Abend auswärts gegessen haben, wurde uns dieser Betrag unaufgefordert gutgeschrieben. Ein wirklich toller Service! Die Zimmer sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch beim Abendessen hatten wir aufgrund der guten Vorab-Bewertungen deutlich mehr erwartet.

• Gabriella (9/5): Békés, hegyi környezetben található nyugodt panzió kedves személyzettel - Nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek voltak. Kutyával érkeztem, aki kapott saját fekhelyet, és a vacsoránál is mellettem lehetett. Nagyon szép helyen fekszik, nagyokat lehet kirándulni a környéken. A szállás vendégei ingyen, illetve bizonyos napokon féláron használhatját a Raxseilbahnt.

• Gergoe (9/5): - The staff was very nice, hospitable and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The wellness area was simple, but cozy and perfectly suited its purpose. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste.
• Michaela (8/5): Ein Geheimtipp für Wanderer - Das gesamte "rund-um-paket": Halbpension, großes Zimmer, freifahrt mit Rax-Bahn, Ermäßigung Otto-Haus, Swimmingpool, blumen Pracht im gesamten Areal, grandioses Frühstück mit bestem Kaffeeangebot, 4 gängiges Abendmenü .... Beim Abendessen benötigte man viel Geduld, das Personal wirkte unorganisiert.

• Szabolcs (5/5): Bad value for price. - The staff is super friendly and helpful As per booking.com located in Reichenau but it’s more than 6km from there. When we arrived the room was very cold. They told us the heating was just started in the morning going to be fine. We were sleeping two nights in sweaters. The Christmas tree was nearly dead, more leaves on the floor than on the tree. Next to the Christmas tree were old cookies as a decoration but is hard to explain to the kids. Service was slow 2hours for a half board dinner. Everything is old and used which is not a problem if the price is for a Gasthof and not hotel.

• Deeadei (9/5): Authentic austrian accommodation with spa - Nice location with a spacy spa area. The staff was friendly. There is also an electric car charging station available in the parking lot. An authentic austrian location where you have the nice feeling that time never passed by since 40-50 years ago. Some dishes were a bit too salty for our taste (esp. the soups). It was very warm in the room and with the provided blankets we couldn't sleep given the high temperature during the night. Tipp: We exchanged the pillows with blankets during last night and slept perfectly.
