- Balvinder Kaur (5/5): To sum up the stay ok, beds were comfortable,not an enough cloth hanger and one of the cooling unit did not work, one be - Location was very good Not as clean as expected, there very bad smell in Laundry room and main drain was also smelling had keep turning the fan in bathroom bath to get rid of the smell.

Would not recommend staying here especially if you have children. - The views were nice After I had paid the booking of $2650 for the 5 night stay I was told there is a $350 holding deposit fee and parking of $10 a day that is all to be paid first before receiving keys. Once I paid this I then received an email on instructions how to get the keys out of a lock box attached to the window in the lane way opposite the apartment. They specifically told me in this email not to contact the reception area because they don’t understand strata rules and if they know it is Air BnB they will cancel the electronic key and you will not be able to access the building, also that if it happens there is an $180 key retrieval/replacement fee. To only contact them in any emergency or any concerns and their number was sent.
The first morning there, we were woken up to loud knocking at the front door, it was 7am (we had young children sleeping) there were two male workers there to inspect and test the fire alarms. I asked them to come back later they said the latest they could come back is 9:30am. I contacted Megan from the booking and I was told by her that I cannot refuse them entry and I must let them in to inspect and check the smoke alarms.
The front door would not lock from the inside and it was very stressful trying to keep the children away from it because as soon as the handle was turned it would open and there was no way to lock it at all.
All of the windows in the apartment open from the bottom bit of the window and are at a young child’s eye level. Being so high up that was a major concern the whole time staying there.
Cleaning was not a priority for them before we arrived, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned there was mould and grime in the shower and bath areas. All the windows were grubby and tv area was dusty and not wiped over for some time.
Bed linen had minor stains on many of the sheets. All the sheets were white hospital grade sheets, not soft or comfortable. None of the dooners had covers on them at all.
