• george (3/5): - ウエストブロンプト駅に近かったこと。 建物は古く部屋が狭く、建付けも悪く窓の開閉が困難でエアコンもなく扇風機があるだけ。バス・トイレは男女共用で、一つしかなく、誰かが風呂に入っているとトイレが使えない。洗濯機も乾燥機も1台しかなく、使い勝手が悪すぎる。バス・トイレに誰かが置いていったバスタオルなどが2日間ほったらかしであった。

• Stelling (3/5): Damp room and not secure - The location is very close to West Brompton station so it was very convenient to travel on the district line. Cleaner came regularly to maintain communal areas. Kitchen is a good size with a kettle, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer space. Mouldy and damp room. Woke up one morning to find mould spores on my covers. Floor was wet to touch under the bed and there was a strong mildew smell. There is a dehumidifier in the room which filled with water very quickly. Loads of small flies, one evening I caught seven. Bedroom window opens to indoor space so there isn’t any fresh air circulating. Pillows were dirty underneath cases. Room was very small. Enough room for just me but would not be enough room for two people or somebody tall. Hot tap in the kitchen didn’t work. I reported this but it wasn’t resolved. Not hygienic for washing up. No baking tray for the oven. Biggest concern was safety. The window in the living room was broken and wouldn’t close. The door leading to the “garden area” is labelled as a fire escape however is locked and there isn’t a key to get out. The garden space is extremely overgrown with plants so there would be no way to use this as a fire escape even if the door opened. I was given a code for the inside door to the flat and my bedroom. The front door leading to the hallway is always unlocked so anyone could get in. The flat door was often left open by people using the apartment so anyone could get in. This was definitely not worth the price I paid to stay here.
• Chindris (3/5): Horrible - The location In the description said it’s a studio, nowhere was mentioned that the bathroom is not private I booked this room for my colleague visiting London and he told me on Friday that he had to go and use the bathroom in someone else room, which was extremely uncomfortable, I would have never booked if it would have been mentioned that it doesn’t have private bathroom On top of this there were stains in the bedsheets and the internet didn’t work He left a day earlier because he couldn’t stay anymore

• Robert (5/5): Great location - Let's start with the positives - the location was great with plenty of amenities nearby. Although there was a slight communication problem with the agent/owner regarding payment and access to the keys, it was quickly resolved. However, as it was a shared apartment, one of the other guests decided to smoke within the apartment and even in our designated area and toilet, which I found to be absolutely disgusting as a non-smoker. Apart from that, the place was cute and perfect for those who prefer a cosy and confined space. A Guest smoking in the apartment disgusting!
• Margarida (7/5): Good - The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the location is very good. The room was quite humid, but that is probably due to the location.
