ABDULLAH (3/5): Nice property, but the beach access policy for solo male guests was very disappointing. - I was disappointed that beach access was restricted for solo male guests. Even though I paid for my hotel room like any other guest, I was not allowed access unless I was accompanied by a lady or staying as a couple. This policy felt unfair and was not made clear before booking.

Katarina (1/5): The worst experience - none Very disappointing experience. We had a fully paid one-week stay, but due to serious safety concerns and unrest, we were forced to leave early with my child. The hotel refused to refund the unused nights. What is worse, the receptionist falsely claimed they were not aware of our departure, even though she personally arranged our transfer—this is dishonest. The room on the 10th floor had poorly sealing balcony doors, causing excessive noise and raising safety concerns. Our request to move to a lower floor was denied. No compensation, no empathy, no professionalism. I do not recommend this hotel.

Batool (10/5): A night of the best nights! - My sister's wedding was at the hotel, and it was an extraordinary night! The hall was beautiful, and everything was perfect. It was also my birthday, so I celebrated in the room. My happiness was doubled! The breakfast was excellent!!

Lucy (8/5): Beautiful hotel and great views. Always check the facilities are open before booking - The staff were really helpful. Beach was under maintenance which was the only reason we came to the hotel. The staff managed to cancel our stay so we could find a hotel with a beach.

Dalisia (8/5): Nice stay but could still be better - Big bedroom, comfy beds, big bathroom. Access to nearby beach. Nice breakfast. Pub and bar in the same building. Overall very comfortable stay. Some information in the brochure we were given at check-in was wrong. For example it said that ladies night on a thursday would be until 12am when in reality it's until 10pm. The brochure also advertised peacocks in the garden but no one knew where they were. In addition, the windows of the whole building could do with some cleaning. We could not see the view clearly from our bedroom because of the dirty windows. Same at the rooftop pool.
