• Stefan (9/5): - Sehr ruhig und schön zentral gelegen. Haltestelle Serdika und Vitosha Blvd ( Innenstadt ) in 10 Minuten erreichbar zu Fuß.
• Enrique (6/5): - The apartment is within walking distance of the city center. The parking is convenient. The communication with the owner was easy. The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos, especially the tiny bathroom/shower. The shower is practically on top of the toilet, and the bathroom gets flooded every time you shower. It is extremely small. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and faces the interior courtyard, so it is quite dark. The sofa is very uncomfortable. In the middle of the already small living room, there is a column that makes the space even smaller.

• Arsild (2/5): - Niente Purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi da quest'esperienza e non siamo persone con molte pretese e che non hanno mai viaggiato. Purtroppo l'host era inesistente, abbiamo scritto il giorno dell'arrivo e ci deve ancora rispondere. Abbiamo trovato preparato soltanto un letto e il divano letto l'abbiamo dovuto preparare noi alle 23:50, quando siamo arrivati. Ci aveva messo a disposizione soltanto 2 asciugamani per 4 persone, per 3 notti, dicendo che se avessimo utilizzato altri ci sarebbero stati costi extra,fate voi...bagno veramente minuscolo. La casa non era molto pulita. Che dire, non ci tornerei sicuramente.

• Marie (8/5): Es ging für 2 Tage - Die zentrale Lage Der Zutritt zur Tiefgarage war extrem kompliziert. Ziemlich eng. Zum Glück musste ich nur einmal rein und in zwei Tagen wieder raus. Die Wände waren sehr dünn sodass wir alle Nachbarn hören konnten was sie gesprochen haben, dass sie die Waschmaschine an haben. Wir wurden morgens mit Lärm geweckt. WC und Bad waren nicht sauber genug.

• Nitza Ashkenazi (8/5): Good apartment in a great location in the center of Sofia - המארחים, זוג צעיר ונחמד, אמנם שלחו הוראות הפעלה מראש אך התפעול של המעלית לחניה לא ברור ללא וידאו והם נאלצו להגיע כדי לבדוק ולהראות איך להיכנס לחניה. הדירה היתה די נוחה ומאובזרת וניכר שהמארחת מנסה לעשות מאמץ לעזור ולתת הרגשה טובה לאורחים. The hosts, a nice young couple, did send instructions in advance, but the operation of the elevator to the parking lot is not clear without a video, and they had to arrive late in the evening to check and show how to get into the parking lot. The apartment was quite comfortable and well-equipped, and it was obvious that the hostess was trying to make an effort to help and make the guests feel good. I had trouble understanding how to operate the parking lift without a video and the hosts arrived late in the evening to explain, and I had to wait for hours without being able to shower and rest. The apartment only had half a roll of toilet paper for a two-day stay, which forced me to take care of the paper myself. The electric kettle was dirty inside and I had to clean it myself, the clothes hanger was broken and I couldn't really hang clothes on it to dry after the heavy rain that had when I arrived. The mattress is comfortable, but the bed is too high and is only suitable for very tall people or children who are use to jump. The bed has a high railing on all sides and every time you get up it scratches your lower limbs and is very painful. Everything else was fine. התקשיתי להבין את תפעול מעלית החניה ללא וידאו והמארחים הגיעו מאוחר בערב כדי להסביר, ונאלצתי במשך שעות להמתין בלי יכולת להתקלח ולנוח. בדירה היה רק חצי גליל נייר טואלט למשך יומיים של שהייה, מה שאילץ אותי לדאוג לנייר בעצמי. הקומקום החשמלי היה מלוכלך מבפנים ונאלצתי לנקות אותו בעצמי, המתקן תליה לבגדים היה שבור ולא ממש יכולתי לתלות עליו בגדים לייבוש אחרי הגשם הכבד שהיה כשהגעתי. המזרן אמנם נוח, אך המיטה גבוהה מדי ומתאימה רק לאנשים גבוהים מאד או ילדים שרגילים לקפוץ. למיטה יש מעקה גבוה מכל הצדדים וכל פעם שקמים ממנה זה שורט את הגפיים התחתונות ומכאיב מאד. כל השאר היה בסדר גמור.

• Katarina (9/5): - Apartman je baš lep i udoban, ima sve što je potrebno, a pored toga je i lepo dekorisan. U kuhinji ima i aparat za espreso, blender, razne vrste kafe, čak vas dočekaju i slatkiši. Nalazi se na mirnoj lokaciji, a ipak je tako blizu centra. Apartman je za svaku preporuku. Jedina mana je bila ta što je platforma za parking bila u kvaru. Devojka je odmah zvala servis i majstori su jako brzo došli. To nije do vlasnika, jednostavno se tako pogodilo.
• Yulian (1/5): Голяма мръсотия - Местоположението е хубаво, както и това, че има подземен паркинг. Още с влизането ни лъхна миризма на спарено и непроветрявано помещение. Навсякъде имаше косми - къси (от брада?) в мивката в банята, по тоалетната седалка (която беше със засъхнали петна), сапунерка и впоследствие видяхме и върху гъбата в кухнята. Руси дълги косми по дивана, черни дълги косми по спалното (уж сменено) бельо, и по земята. На терасата имаше вълма с косми и мръсотия. Имахме две хавлии, с които да се къпем, бършем ръцете в кухнята и банята. Котлонът беше с мазни пръски. В шкафа бяха прибрани ползвани чаши!! В гардероба в спалнята бяха захвърлени на топка ползвани чаршафи и хавлии!! (които миришеха доста неприятно). По тавана имаше паяжини, по масата трохи... При оплакването към хоста получихме молба за извинение. Нищо друго. Нито предложение да дойдат да почистят, нито да ни донесат чисти хавлии, нищо. Освен, че ни се развали почивката, искрено ни беше гнус да стоим в това жилище, защото очевидно не беше чистено след предните наематели. За парите, които искат за нощувки, обидно и срамно е да приемаш хора в тази мръсотия. Right as we entered, we were hit by a smell of stale and unventilated air. There was hair everywhere—short hairs (from a beard?) in the bathroom sink, on the toilet seat (which had dried stains), on the soap dish, and we subsequently saw some on the sponge in the kitchen. Long blonde hairs were on the sofa, long black hairs were on the bedding (supposedly changed), and on the floor. There was a clump of hair and dirt on the balcony. We were given two towels for everything—to shower, and to dry our hands in the kitchen and the bathroom. The hob had greasy splatters. Used cups were put away in the cabinet!! Used sheets and towels were thrown in a ball in the bedroom wardrobe!! (They smelled quite unpleasant). There were cobwebs on the ceiling, crumbs on the table... When we complained to the host, we received an apology. Nothing else. No offer to come and clean, no offer to bring us clean towels, nothing. Besides our holiday being ruined,

The property has everything that you can think of- washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine.. Bed was comfortable and in general was very quiet. Thank you! Just something small - maybe face towel can be provided together with the big one.

• Drilona (8/5): Nice apartment, great location - The apartment is in a perfect location, right in the city center, and had everything needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The parking space was narrow, but we managed to park. The pillows and mattress could be more comfortable, and the apartment needs a deep clean, there was a spider web in the bathroom and the space felt quite cramped.

• Dessi (8/5): Very good - It was a nice apartment. We had a very disappointing experience regarding the advertised free parking. We arrived for a hospital admission. Evidently, the parking has requirements about the vehicle size, which are not mentioned. We have SUV VW Touareg and we were not able to use the free parking, which was the main reason for booking the place. At the nearby parking we paid 45 bgn for 6 hours.... We vacated the apartment a day earlier.

• Gillian (7/5): Great location good facilities - Lovely balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Parking with a remote controlled lift. The real fun begins when you leave the lift. There is no room to manoeuvre a medium size car either out of or back into the lift. On reaching the apartment the lock was temperamental, the loose door handle suggests others have had this issue. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, there was a used tissue beside the bed, the sink was dirty and the sheet had a hole. The towels were grey, hard and elderly.

There is a soprano singer that starts warming up around the afternoon, makes the whole stay magical. Would definitely visit again. I liked everything

• Piotr (8/5): Very good for short stay but I would not recommend for longer durations with more then 2 people - Good location, reasonable price. Private parking - since in this location of Sofia it is not possible to park on the street. Apartment is well equipped - has a dishwasher and laundry machine. Host was very responsive, and provided with a very detailed information regarding self check-in. First of all the private parking is actually an underground garage with a lift. Complicated to use, but more importantly the garage is relatively small with not too much room for maneuvering the car - so longer and bigger cars definitely will have problems. Moreover when leaving the lift the ceiling is quite low - so if I had a trunk on top of my car I would not fit in - this should be clearly stated in the add (I have Citroen Berlingo). Secondly the bathroom is small, has very small sink (hard to wash teeth even) and the shower is on the same floor as toilet and sink - so if anyone showers afterwards the whole floor is wet for some time - there is a special rubber device for taking the excess water out but it is not really convenient and the floor is still wet afterwards. There were also no capsules for the dishwasher (or we could not find any) - not a big problem though for us.

• Daniel (9/5): Comfortable apartment for a family, very well located - The location allowed us to visit Sofia on foot without the need of a car. The garage is very convenient given the location, ideal for a small car. The coffee machine did not work properly.

These are only remarks, should not be taken as negative criticisms: - We are not used to having the shower and toilet in the same (tight) space. It is not so handy because you need to use the squeegee after each shower. Quite common though in Bulgaria. Difficult to park the car in the garage, too tight.
• Laura (9/5): Superb - The matress was really comfy. Everything You need at hand, close to the city centre. Having an underground parking convinced us to choose it. It was a clean and cost place, with a balcony. The bathroom is small, but built in such a way You do not really feel it The location is perfect If You want to see the city centre in a very short stay. You have to be a very good driver to take the car in and out the parking in the underground. We were lucky no other care were there and my husband is an excelent driver. Not a minus, but something to pay attention to, before taking the car inside.
• Olga (8/5): Very good - Location is good. Rooms ar comfortable. Sink is really really small, it is uncomfortable even to clean teeths. You can hear neighbors. But they were not loud, so for that moment it was not a critical point. If you are not comfortable with parking, or have a big car, it could be an issue to park on the underground parking which is quite small

The apartment is in a new building, comfortable sized for two people - living room, bedroom, balcony & kitchen ( which we didn’t use except to make coffee). Parking was a plus! The bathroom was uncomfortably small. Also, too many personal looking toiletries left in the bathroom cabinet. The pillows need improvement.
