• David (7/5): Good location, not bad value for money. Getting a bit old now. - Location The neighbours, there’s an old man in the block keeping an eye on everything. Left a nasty note on our windscreen saying the car would be towed if parked there. Not a nice welcome

• Donna (4/5): Location great! actual apartment disappointing. - We loved the location, it was close to everything we enjoy such as the beach, shops, walks etc. The property managers were quick to respond to our requests/complaints so that was great. It was very disappointing in terms of value for money. The whole place is in need of an upgrade and a good clean. I spent 2 hours on the first night cleaning the shutters in all 3 bedrooms as well as the window sills as they were black with dirt and grime. We had stayed in this complex last year and loved it, so it never occurred to me that there would be such a big discrepancy between apartments in the same complex, I assumed they would all be of a certain standard especially given the price of them. Read the reviews is my advice!

• Claire (3/5): Handy location, but unit was unrenovated, and not up to a hygienic standard. - Furnishings in apartment were nice. Beds comfortable. Location was very handy for where we wanted to go. Complex gardens well maintained Please note that I booked this unit for my mother-in-law and her friend, as she does not use email. I did visit the unit and verify all the below comments. Please see photos for illustration of issues. Picking up Keys from letting agent: The letting agent told us to use the wrong entrance, and we ended up down the ramp to underground parking area, which was the wrong entrance. We were stranded down the ramp until another resident came to our aid, helping us to get back up ramp, and directing us to the correct entrance. Allotted garage: Lock did not work. Unit: 1. Kitchen: Was not clean, bin was dirty and smelly. Fridge door was rusty and freezer was iced up. Coffee sachets supplied were so old that the contents were just an amorphous brown solid mass. 2. Living area: Balcony doors were hard to open/close, the balcony was very dirty, drain holes all blocked with dirt, stains, and doors and windows were filthy. 3. Main bathroom: Fan did not work, vent in ceiling blocked by accumulated dust, black mould on ceiling over shower, rust on plumbing access door, peeling paint. Ensuite: Vent also extremely dusty. 4. Bedrooms: Venetian blinds very dirty with dust/mould on all upper surfaces. 5. Ceilings throughout: Dust hanging like mini chandeliers on ceilings above all fans. When fans turned on, dust visible flying off. Do not know how above could happen, when cleaning fee for 2 days was $175!

• Jacci (1/5): We didn’t end up staying and moved to another hotel which cost us quite a bit of money. - We arrived at the property to discover quite a number of cockroaches, mainly in the kitchen area(in the refrigerator, in the oven, in the draws, and on the benches and in the bathrooms. There dirty glasses and utensils. The smoke alarms were sitting on the bench, not installed. Poor response to our complaint and we ended up staying elsewhere.
• Harley (5/5): Great stay - The size was great Had cockroaches in the draws in the kitchen and diddnt like there wasn’t a smoking area had to leave room to front on the building to smoke

• Justine (7/5): It was great. We will still consider going back. - The location was really good. The property was equipped with adequate tools for cooking and cleaning. The place was a bit dusty most especially the sofa. I don’t normally notice dust, but I had to take some medications for allergy
• Tanya (3/5): The activities we did in the surrounding area were great but wouldn’t stay in those appartments again. - The pool was great, having 3 rooms in the property was great, location not far from beach and Woolworths metro. Not clean, hadn’t been swept or mopped, all under the lounge had rubbish and dirt, lounges had sand all through them, found mould and dirt all under the fridge after my child’s toy rolled under there, had to supply own linen including sheets towels blankets, agent said they would get back to me about the cleanliness and see if they could do a partial refund but they never got back to me.

Perfect the next this location has it all beach, pool cafes and a bus ride from wer and wi - Location to the beach, the pool cafes nearby and 10 minutes from the family celebration venue. We were attending and 20 minutes from an alarm. Absolutely perfect location. There was a bit of a breakdown in communication and we arrived to not knowing if we had linen after a flight cancellation and arriving around midnight. When we did go in, there was most of the linen towels were missing. This was however, quickly rectified at the facility 5 pm today after hours number etc for which we were very grateful for the next day.
