Anastasia (6/5): Expected more. Not happy with standard of cleanliness. - Nice location, spacious, safe Not cleaned to our standards. Had to call owner to bring back cleaner and clean again. I also cleaned for 4 hours before my guests arrived. Apparently the people before us threw a big party and that was the reason. Should have been spotless but even some of the basics were dirty like toilets, bugs in drawers, and ants in kitchen, had to wash all plates, had curry stuck on them, rugs with stains, sheets had stains on them and weren’t ironed, ants in kitchen etc. Owner was very kind, tried his best to rectify but really… could he? Basic cleanliness standard not met. No emotion here, pure facts. I told him I’d leave this review. Not being picky but being honest. Disappointed.

Briony (6/5): Great house. With a few changes it could be very popular. - The house was great size. Had awesome utensils and rooms were spacious. Kids loved the books and toys. Laundry was super handy. Access to Netflix and garage was awesome. The host was very responsive. The park across the road was a bonus. It wasn’t very clean. There were hairs everywhere and the sponge on the sink was obviously old. There were weeds all in the back yard so the kids had to be mindful. The towels weren’t functional. They were small and not very absorbent. The floor mats and kitchen carpet was very slippery. The soap wasn’t filled. Ideally the towels would also be on the end of each guest bed and there is a full set of sheets on each bed to allow for different sleeping habits. Having stayed in a large number of airbnbs these were all standard expectations.
Shafeek (10/5): Spacious house with quick access to the city as well as the Great Ocean Road. - Very spacious house with garage. Located in a nice neighborhood in Point Cook. Easy access to Melbourne city as well as the Great Ocean Road. Very responsive host.

Mike (10/5): Beautiful house with lots of space with everything you need to enjoy your stay - it is a large beautiful house with lots of space with all the mod con's. We enjoyed staying here very much & would highly recommend if you looking for a place. these are not big things, just minor which did not affect our stay. would be nice to have top sheets on the beds, shampoo supplied and a whisk in the kitchen.
