• Yves (5/5): A améliorer - L emplacement. L espace du logement Logement situé sur la rocade du centre ville La moindre des choses est d installer une fenêtre phonique au moins dans la chambre Si l on va a Milan, ce n est pas pour rester dans le logement. Mais dormir convenablement.

City tax was changed to a higher fee with no warning prior warning for us to get extra cash for the increased fee.no sheets for pull out bed or filter to cover Donna sofa bed extremely uncomfortable.

• Sharon (9/5): A Great Place to Stay in the Brera area of Milan! - We had a great stay at Pontaccio22. The apartment itself was adequate, very clean, had a comfortable bed and in a great location, close to restaurants, the Metro and within walking distance of major sights/attractions. The images advertised made the apartment appear larger than it actually was but it still was very functional. Would stay there again. The apartment could have been quieter but then again, the apartment is located on Via Pontaccio which is a very busy street.

• Mark (10/5): Amazing! - Excellent accommodation, this apartment is in a perfect location and the building is very nice and quiet. So many great cafes, restaurants, and shops in the area and walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could ever need, super clean and comfy. The host was excellent and allowed us to drop off bags early and leave them later on check out. I would definitely stay here again if in Milan, highly recommend :)

• Jan (8/5): Centrally located compact apartment - It is a compact apartment. Other than my comments below, it was comfortable, and had everything essential. Gaining access was easy, and it was close to or easy walking to Milan sites, shopping, supermarkets and all Milan has to offer. Two issues. It is located on a busy corner so noisy, even with the doors closed. It meant we never got a good night's sleep staying there and left tired. Less of an issue to us was the kitchen. It is tiny, with very little bench space.

• Eva (9/5): Superb - Great location within walking distance to Castle Sforza (5 min), Duomo (15 min) and other museums and gallery’s. Laundry facility about 5 minute walk, with drop-off and pick-up option. The space is quaint and does well for a couple.

We enjoyed the view from the Juliet balcony watching the old cable cars round the corner and the neighborhood unfold with activity. The location was excellent. We walked to all the attractions in the area and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher & a lift in the apartment complex. The apartment was too small for my family size & the bathroom was so narrow it was hard moving around after a shower.

• Cynthia (10/5): We had an excellent stay at this apartment. - The property is perfectly situated and is walking distance from multiple restaurants, services and attractions. The kitchenette is well appointed, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 teenager). The host was exceptionally easy to deal with and made sure to reach out to me before our arrival date to ensure we were aware of check-in processes. Check-in and arrival was easy and seamless. Everything was great.

There are plenty of bars and eateries nearby and all the sites of central Milan are on the door step. Bed comfortable and the air con was good. Had everything we might need and was super clean. Overall very pleased. Its on a busy road but the windows cut out the traffic noise very effectively so not a problem

• James (7/5): Great location, but…. - Close to several restaurants and shops and within walking distance to the castle and the Dummo. The bed was not comfortable and there are a few maintenance issues the apartment needs. It was rather small and am now glad the other couple did not join us to stay there.
• Anastasia (9/5): Nice apartments near Brera - Nice apartments near center of Milano. Small kitchen, which however has everything for simple cooking. Minimarket and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Host was very nice and helpful allowing us to leave luggage early in the morning while apartments were in process of make-up after previous guests. Street below is a bit loud, so in the morning I heard the traffic even with closed windows, but not something really disturbing.
• Bernie (9/5): Great Weekend In Milan - The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the sights and close to public transport. There are good grocery shops nearby and lots of nice bars & restaurants. The area is quite noisy even with the windows & shutters closed but that’s the price you pay for the great location. The kitchen area is quite small but adequate for basic food preparation.
• Φωτεινή (9/5): nice place, would recommend - the communication with the host was great. prompt, helpful, friendly. the location of the property is superb, close to shops, restaurants and bars. the flat was very clean and there is a great shower with hot water all the time. overall a very nice flat. the double bed had some beautiful pillows but the mattress was extremely hard for us so we didn’t sleep that great. that’s down to personal preference though I guess.

• Marjolein (7/5): Good - it’s in a great location, the owner very helpful and kind. clean apartment. but it is on a busy street and we could t get the apartment cool enough at night, doors open with the noise wasn’t a good option either.
