Clean, beautiful location, lovely host and exactly as advertised. Very happy with our stay. I didn’t find the bed the most comfortable but that’s subjective. Everything else was great.

• Silvia (9/5): Our stay was good and served our purpose. Would recommend and we will be back. - The location was perfect for our trip. It was well equipped and also some essential supplies in the pantry. Local shops are a short drive away. The bed could have been a bigger and more comfortable. The room was big enough to carry a larger bed. We were lucky with the weather as we didn’t have to walk across the oval in mud from the carpark to the property. Not a problem if not wet. Only a very short walk.

• Ruchita (7/5): Overall, a beautiful location with good host and cleanliness, but access to the property and some practical issues made - View and cleanliness is good The owners were responsive and accommodating, extending our checkout to 11:00 am. The guesthouse was clean, well-equipped with all essential facilities, and provided fresh sheets and towels. Located by the water, the setting is beautiful and perfect for relaxation. This place is ideal for adults seeking a peaceful retreat. Overall, the hospitality, facilities, and cleanliness were good. Poor Access to the Property: Entry to the property was challenging as it required crossing a grassy oval, with parking located far away. This made it extremely difficult to manage, especially with an elderly family member and a young child, as we had to drag all our luggage across the oval. Due to these conditions, we avoided going out after sunset since walking through the unlit grass was unsafe and risky, particularly when it got muddy. Noise from Bamboo Plants: There are bamboo plants situated behind the cottage that constantly bang against the gutter throughout the night, creating significant noise and making it difficult to sleep. E-Lock Issues: The e-lock on the door is overly sensitive and locks you out after three failed attempts. Fortunately, one family member was inside and able to open the door for us, but if they hadn't been, we would have been locked out, as the owner only responded to our message the next morning. This issue made us anxious about leaving the house, fearing we might not be able to re-enter.
• Sharon (10/5): A beautiful and comfortable place that is private and in a relaxing location. - The location was amazing. The owner is only too pleased to help with anything. Everything has been thought of - including a first aid kit. You receive a list of suggested things to do also It’s very comfortable and easy to relax. What we would have preferred is extra lounge seating which only caters for 2 adults. It would be fine if you had 1 small child. But we travelled as 3 adults. The dining table chairs feel a little unstable. We ended up taking a dining table chair outside so 3 of us could sit there and moved it across to the lounge area so we could sit together. Not essential but it would be nice. Other than that - it’s faultless.
• Jassy (9/5): Superb - Stunning views from the deck, tranquil and quiet spot. Spare tennis rackets very helpful. Fun and comfortable place. Short walk with luggage across grass ok in dry weather.

• Gabriella (5/5): Happy with hosts however not the most comfortable or accessible stay. - Had a nice view, was clean, hosts were nice and accommodating - Bed mattresses were like sleeping on the floor - very hard, no plush whatsoever, we didn’t sleep well - Wasn’t comfortable - the place sleeps 3-4 people but the lounge only fits 2, no where to relax - Not very accessible - have to walk across a grassy oval to get to the entry of property - not practical if you have luggage/shopping/groceries or a pram, coming home at night and walking through the oval in pitch black was not the best experience - Air conditioning only in main living room - the bedrooms do not have air con, only small floor fans, not enough during the summer
