They offer breakfast and supper which was a nice addition. Have washer and dryer. A little far from Nanjing road for shopping. Hotel has tight space for DiDi to enter so usually we are stopped outside the hotel car park and need to walk a few steps to get to the hotel lobby. That said, you can still request for DiDi to enter the car park if you have to load/unload luggage.

- Lidong (5/5): I honestly would not consider this accommodation for my next travel. - The location is good. Even with the signs, my room has unpleasant smell of smoking. Plus, photos of the rooms are not accurate. My initial assigned room has one window yet directly facing the wall of the next door tall building. The reassigned room’s window faces the backyard narrow alley of another nextdoor residential building with limited light. I appreciate that the front desk staff tried to handle this situation but it didn’t help much.

- Rebecca (10/5): Highly recommend! - The hotel has an amazing location - less than a 10 minute walk away from the Bund viewpoint. It was clean and spacious! But the most wonderful part was the staff - so friendly, kind and caring. We came in from the rain and our receptionist immediately offered us warm water to drink before doing anything. The lobby was busy most of the time but the staff remained patient and kind at all times. We had an exceptional experience staying here!!
