• Pauline (8/5): The appartment is in a great location it is dated and not as new looking as the photos on web. The appartment needs a go - Good location excellent views Our party of six agreed the appartment could do with a thorough clean . My bedhead of main room was full of dust . Skirting boards along tiles need a good clean. The fake plants are full of dust. The quilts had stains The walk-in robe in main room is used as a storage room and very messy. I feel these items should be stored elsewhere or at least store them in an organised way.
• Nicola (8/5): Great penthouse apartment in SouthBank Melbourne - Large, bright and airy penthouse apartment with panoramic views across Melbourne. All 4 bedrooms a good size, all with floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the views. Excellent wifi. Great open plan lounge diner , perfect for relaxing with family. Kitchen a little tired looking and in need of upgrading . Key needing to be picked up from( and returned to ) a small convenience store 10 minutes walk away .

• Michael (9/5): Would definitely stay here again. Great location and overall great apartment 🙌 - Great location and big apartment so we could move around. Massive Kitchen lounge and dinner area Little dirty and a few things broken but it didn’t effect the stay
• Sheldon (9/5): Superb - Comfortable beds, good and spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed. Good location, close to bus stop and trams, and an easy walk to the Casino and most attractions. Great choice of restaurants in the area. Bronnie was very responsive and helpful with all questions. Instruction for yey collection from another location was easy because we had a car. Lovely views of the city. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us. Overall, a great stay, but we do have some small suggestions... The master room wardrobe was a little cluttered and dusty. Would have liked to have had that space for our luggage so that the bedroom floor could be kept clear. Also, the ensuite shower did not have any space to place soaps/shampoo etc. which ended up on the floor, and was a little inconvenient.
• Linda (8/5): Very good - Bit aged, broken door which got fixed, towel rod missing in one of the bathrooms. Outside areas not that clean. Some glasses not that clean. Very comfortable and great location. Interesting neighbours saw people on the toilet, showering etc. Easy access and friendly to deal with, only minor issues but is bit aged. Thank you

Thank Neil for your hospitality. - Great location and easy to walk to many of the local restaurants and sight seeing attractions. Kids loved the pool and the NGV is so close. Beds were comfortable and the linen was great. The host was very attentive and helpful. Gorgeous view of the city at night time and felt very spacious. Definitely would rebook. Unfortunately the air con was not working in the bedrooms. It was working in the main living area but it was hot in the bedrooms for sleeping. There were plenty of fans but it would be great to have that working properly.
