• castelletti (8/5): - Posizione strepitosa e staff disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. Lo consiglierei a tutti. Leggermente impolverato e mancava una scopa per poter raccogliere eventuale sporco. Essendo un appartamento magari avrei preferito avere il modo di mantenere pulito. Il bollitore del latte era totalmente deteriorato. Inoltre non c'erano delle pentole piccole da usare per 3 persone.

• IRUNE (10/5): - La ubicación está genial, al lado del Pantheon, en una calle muy segura llena de restaurantes y tiendas, y cerca de cualquier punto de interés para ir andando, no hemos tenido que coger transporte. El apartamento está muy bien, muy amplio. Y el contacto con la agencia ha sido buenísimo por whattsapp..Nos permitieron dejar las mochilas antes de la hora del check-in porque llegamos a la mañana a Roma. Por decir algo, igual hemos echado de menos un microondas.
• Piotr (8/5): Warto na krótki pobyt - Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. 1 minuta do Panteonu. 2 min do Coop i CarreFour, 3 min do di trevi. Mieszkanie jest duże. W kuchni śmiało można gotować posiłki, jest dobrze wyposażona. Na zdjęciach wygląda dużo lepiej niż na żywo. Pobierana jest opłata za sprzątanie a w obiekcie jest średnio czysto. Meble mają już kilka lat, łazienka ma juz lata świetności za sobą.
• Caroline (6/5): Bon emplacement mais trop bruyant - L'emplacement est central, plein de resto autour de l'appartement, c'est vivant. Proche de la fontaine de trevi. L'appartement est spacieux , la literie confortable. Il n'y a sûrement pas de double vitrage, les travaux à partir de 3h du matin. Une des chambres donne sur la rue, le bruit est insupportable dans cette chambre. On attend les clients des resto discuter et rigoler tellement que l'isolation est fine. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude sur le week-end. Heureusement que mon mari s'y connaît un peu et à pu réinitialiser la chaudière et ça a refonctionné le 2eme jour. Sinon l'équipe a été réactive en nous proposant de nous reloger une nuit mais ca nous aurez bien embêté sur un séjour si court.

• johann (5/5): - The location was good to most sights and to the restaurants. The walk up 4 levels of stairs with suitcases was not fun. They could have specified the apartment was located up high and there isn't a lift. The facilities in the apartment were old and needed an update.
• Rosi (5/5): Top Lage, geräumige Wohnung, aber Defizite bei der Sauberkeit - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist grandios. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war bis zum ersten Abend und bei der Abreise sehr gut, die Organisation des Shuttle Services hat hervorragend geklappt. Der Türcode funktionierte auch sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Bad, das stört aber nicht. Die Betten waren bequem, trotzdem nicht die Höchstnote, weil die Schlafcouch so nicht gut zu gebrauchen war. Wir hatten vorab mitgeteilt, dass wir zu dritt sind und deshalb die Schlafcouch nutzen wollen. Das wurde uns auch zugesichert. Als wir ankamen, war die Schlafcouch nicht bereit. Wir haben das sofort gemeldet, am ersten Abend aber passierte nichts. Wir haben die Couch geöffnet und sind erschrocken, weil die Bettwäsche und auch die Liegefläche darin sehr sehr schmutzig waren. Wir haben deshalb mitgeteilt, dass wir die Couch ohne Ausklappen nutzen. Auch die Betttücher waren nicht sehr sauber. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten nur zwei Bettdecken. Das wurde bis zum Schluss nicht behoben. Man schickte uns eine Putzfrau, die leider keinen Schlüssel zum Raum mit der Bettwäsche hatte, nur zwei saubere Bettlaken. Das hat uns etwas geholfen, aber eine dritte Bettdecke konnte sie uns nicht geben. Mit den Laken musste sich dann eine von uns zudecken. Laut Beschreibung sollte Bettwäsche da sein, das war es aber nicht. Hinweis also an die Gastgeber: den Reinigungsleuten mehr auf die Finger schauen. In Sachen Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche gab es erhebliche Defizite. Schade darum, denn die Lage der Wohnung und die Größe sind wirklich sehr gut.

Just steps from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, the location is unbeatable — and incredibly quiet despite being in a lively area full of shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and spotless, with two comfortable bedrooms, a generous living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The AC was a lifesaver during the hot afternoons, and we appreciated how peaceful it was inside. The host was friendly and helpful with local tips. This was the perfect home base for exploring Rome with kids — we’d gladly return.

The location couldn’t be more central — just a minute from the Pantheon — yet the apartment is peaceful and quiet inside. There’s plenty of space, with two lovely bedrooms, a large living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning made a big difference after hot days out. It was so easy to explore Rome from here and return to a calm, stylish apartment. We loved it — one of our favorite stays in Italy!

It’s around the corner from the Pantheon, and walking distance to all the must-see sights. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, yet the apartment is surprisingly quiet. The layout worked perfectly for us: two bedrooms, a clean bathroom, and a cozy living space where we could all relax. The kitchen had what we needed for breakfast and snacks, and the AC kept us cool. It’s a charming and super convenient spot for families — we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

Breakfast was very expensive so we opted out.

I've been waiting for my €250 refund for 15 days, and I haven't received anything.

• Christine (9/5): Centrally located great little apartment with restaurants literally on your doorstep. - Lovely apartment close to all shops, enjoyed visiting the Pantheon at 4am when no-one was there. Air Con was reasonable. The digital lock code app was temperamental at times making it hard to access the apartment. No washing machine.

The location was amazing and the restaurants right out the door were great. Plenty of space. We had an issue with the doors link working a few times and would have preferred a code over a web link. Sound machines would be a nice touch bc it’s noisy on the restaurant end with getting kids to sleep. One of the bedrooms has stains on the sheets. We saw a couple of silverfish so pest control could be increased. Lots of stairs and no elevator but that is most places like this. It wasn’t an issue except for dragging luggage up.

Very comfortable, surprisingly quiet inside the apartment, given the busy street outside. Easy communication with the host and helpful tips about where to eat in the area.

• Gulsah (9/5): Great apartment for 2- 4 people. - Customer service over WhatsApp was superb! The apartment is in an excellent location. Everything is pretty much a short walk away. We felt very safe and secure. Bedrooms are spacious. I don’t have much negative feedback, however there are no lifts/elevators so might be difficult for anyone elderly or disabled to access the apartment. Also the fridge is in the dining/living room not in the kitchen (I guess this is because the kitchen is small). I would redesign the entrance room to be a kitchen so it’s an open plan kitchen diner, as that section is used mainly for storage and is a wasted area.

• Olga (7/5): Good - Good AC in both bedrooms. Close to everything. Half a block from Pantheon. Good communication. Comfortable beds. Located on an extremely busy street. You needed AC because you couldn't keep the windows open. Living room doesn't have AC, will probably get extremely hot during summer as it was impossible to sleep on the couch in April because it was extremely stuffy. Very cheap lumpy pillows. Threadbare cheap throws. I was paying $400 per night and was expecting much nicer amenities.

• Kevin (10/5): Awesome apartment in the heart of Rome - Location: Right off the Pantheon plaza, numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Two grocery stores are within a 2-minute walk, so you can pick up stuff to make at the apartment--we bought bread/meat/cheese/fruit for breakfast each day. Size: Bedrooms were large. Dining area had enough room for 6 people to sit and eat together. Large foyer where you can hang jackets and drop shoes. Beds were comfortable and all linens were provided. Kitchen is small but has enough to make a simple meal for 6. Nothing listed here relates to the management of the apartment, and I want to state that everything worked out fine for us and everything was completely functional. However, if you rent this place, be aware of the following limitations: Location: Because you are so close to restaurants and tourist areas, it can be loud at night. Bathroom: While entirely functional, it's really small. Notably the shower, where you really can't bend over at all. It worked for our family, but a larger/taller person might find it challenging. Stairs: It's basically on the third floor with no elevator, so you need to be able to climb stairs.

• Perla (5/5): Passable - Location was good. Many restaurants near by It can get loud during the night and very early on in the morning due to being a busy street. The one bathroom the apartment has was very very small.
• Osama (5/5): Disappointing - The location It was in the third floor without elevator , so if you have luggage you will have a hard time. The air conditioning was not working properly in one of the bedrooms and we contacted the managers and they told us that they will send someone to fix it but they didn’t. There is no air conditioning in the living room. The TV was not working and the remote control without batteries.

The location within walking distance of the Pantheon and other key attractions was a big plus, allowing us to get around comfortably on foot. There were six of us and the flat was spacious enough for all of us. The bedrooms were cosy and the beds comfortable, providing us with plenty of rest to get through the days full of adventures.
• Nazzareno (10/5): Convenient location. - If you want to experience Rome authentically, look no further. This flat in the heart of the city is a hidden gem. Its central location is convenient beyond measure, and the fact that it can comfortably accommodate six people makes it ideal for group travel. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, while the living room with its chairs and sofa was the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
• Ryszard (1/5): The place is managed by scammers- DO NOT PUT ANY DEPOSIT - Location is the only positive expecriance The apartment had broken furniture. A shower head holder was getting off the wall and must be held in hand to shower. The A/C in one room was not working, and our family of four needed to squeeze into one room to get some sleep. NOTE(!) ALL WAS REPORTED TO THE HOST THE FIRST DAY OF STAYING BUT IGNORED. FOR FOUR DAYS, NO ONE SHOWED UP TO FIX ANYTHING. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the host practices a scam by charging a 200 euro deposit and not returning it later. Of course, it is impossible to reach anyone to get some answers - no response to texts and calls, even though they were very communicative before the check-in. I needed to claim with booking.com, and a month later, I am still waiting to get my deposit back.
• Jens (10/5): Couldn't have asked for a better location! - This flat is literally steps away from the Pantheon and all the main attractions of the city. There were six of us and space was never an issue: the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, giving us the rest we needed after long days of exploring.
• Marlz (8/5): Very good - Brilliant location, very clean, super comfortable beds, so important for me, house has a musty smell like wet clothes laundry smell, bathroom is tiny, no soap or tissues provided, would be simple & nice touch. Otherwise we loved our stay. Restaurants open till late & you can hear some noise but after exploring all day we were exhausted!
• Patrick (5/5): Lovely location, spacious apartment but poor facilities and bad wi fi let it down - Location was excellent, close to all shops and amenities. The apartment was very clean and was quite spacious. One air conditioning unit only cooled the air to 19 degrees so hard to sleep in v hot weather - the air conditioner in the other bedroom was good.No dish soap to wash dishes. No dishwasher tablets to use dishwasher. No tea towel to dry dishes. The bin was very small so we had to pile our rubbish up on the counter as there were no bags even to put it into. We had constant issues with the Wifi not working - which meant the tv didnt work and we could not use internet during the very hot periods when we needed to stay inside. We had no internet when trying to book tours. The shower is hard to regulare temperature with 2 taps whi h can be dangerous for children. I needed to set the temperature for my daughter each time she had a shower. Upon reading previous reviews we have had the same issues as many other visitors but the owners have obviously not actioned.

This accommodation allowed us to truly live in the heart of Rome, enjoying every nuance of it. We were six people and the space was more than enough. The bedrooms were large and with comfortable beds, guaranteeing us restful nights of sleep.

The central location allowed us to get around Rome entirely on foot, and the fact that it was so close to the Pantheon was a real bonus. We were five people and the flat was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. The bedrooms were really big and the comfortable beds gave us a good night's sleep.

In addition to its incredible proximity to the Pantheon and other major attractions, the flat was able to comfortably accommodate myself and five other friends. The spacious bedrooms ensured a good night's sleep and the lovely lounge was the perfect place to relax, with cosy chairs and sofa and a TV with Netflix access.
• Nicholas (10/5): Central location. - I had the pleasure of staying in this flat located just a few metres from the Pantheon, making it perfect for soaking up the enchanting atmosphere of Rome from the first step out the door. The central location is invaluable: all the main attractions are within walking distance and you can enjoy a stroll through the charming streets of the Eternal City. In addition, the flat is spacious and comfortable for my group of six, with large and cosy bedrooms that provided the rest we needed.

Many good restaurants just a few minutes away. Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Welcoming hosts. They can arrange airport transfer and offered recommendations for restaurants. AC in the bedrooms were good, but having one in the livingroom on a hot summer day will be great.

• Sandra (9/5): best place to stay to explore rome - location, spacious flat for five people, vibe of neighborhood . coordination and communication with landlord/ manager. the panthenon right next door and all to ourselves every morning. nothing major. maybe some extra pillows as the ones we had were a bit thin. the kitchen could have coffee or water kettle + mugs to prepare coffee in the morning. also maybe some dish detergent to clean dishes.

• Lihi (10/5): The best way to experience Rome! - our staying was perfect. the location is on the Pantheon and it’s very busy and noisy but once you close the window you can’t hear anything!! completely private. the apartment was big and comfortable, two bedroom designed beautifully with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The host was lovely and welcome us when we arrived and explained us everything there is to know about Rome. I really recommend staying there. everything was perfect.
