- Jacquelyn (10/5): The Essence of Armidale - We were a group of eleven visiting Armidale to cycle and walk.. This house was perfect for us .so.spacious, clean & with three bathrooms we never got in each other's way! We found the backyard was a safe place to leave bikes. Loved the vine-covered outdoor table for relaxing after rides. Proximity to town was also a plus.Communication was courteous and prompt. Overall can thoroughly recommend this home for large groups.
- Johneen (9/5): Great place for a larger group to have a nice time together. - Size and layout Bathroom taps need attention
- Sabrina (10/5): -
- Simpson (8/5): Served note purpose for work trip. Nice place. - Location was good. Place done up nicely. Plates and cutlery etc was filthy and required washing before use
- Claire (8/5): Beautifully presented and cozy - The country home was beautifully presented. With a good configuration of rooms needed for our group, additional spaces and a cozy environment. We could have done with a few extra essentials, like paper towel or tissues, as we cooked as a team for meals, but otherwise the venue was lovely.

- That (2/5): Mutton dressed as lamb. - Clean and neat. The wifi didn't work. There is no PS4. The beds are doubles not queens as described. No children's games These were the reason we chose this place yet it didn't deliver as described so our children were disappointed. The pillows are super soft therefore uncomfortable .The bath was small. The stairs are slippery therefore rather dangerous. There is only 1 tv in the main lounge room. There is no door on the walk in robe which felt weird. the blind in the laundry is fitted poorly therefore is comprised when opening the door. and the blind in the main bedroom doesn't work. The road is busy and loud. The bin sat road front both nights we were there and was overflowing from last guests therefore unusable and with the wind rubbish was scattered out front which the neighbour dealt with and birds hanging around picking at.The neighbour (on the 4 bedroom side) is noisy. He went out to his garage regularly dropping bottles loudly in his recycling bin. Every time he goes out their metal house door bangs loudly twice, out and in. Neighbour left early and returned 3 times within the next 3 hrs which was brutal as the driveway is alongside bedrooms and during the day whenever you go outside their little dog yaps loudly at you. The back outside area was messy. The balconys seem unsafe and unusable, no seating and rotted wood.
- David (10/5): Great house, great location and Sophie went above and beyond expectations. - Great house for a large group with beds for 12 people. When we asked the host if we could fit 14 in, she had no hesitation in providing a couple of extra beds.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
