Ruan (9/5): Everything was as mentioned and as expected. Good property and well maintained with good amenities. - Code operated front door. Good kitchen and well laid out residence. Beds were rather hard and could impact the backs of older people.
Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - Nice neighborhood, close to two tube stations. Clean kitchen. Nice bathrooms. Bed in master bedroom was thin and hard. Long winding stair to get to the door and more stairs to get from bedroom to kitchen. Washer only, no dryer and not able to get it to turn on. Limited TV options.
Krista (7/5): Great location, good space with an adequate kitchen. - Location was perfect as our son was playing in a tournament at Queens. It was also convenient for exploring London with 2 tube stops nearby. The towels were plentiful and plush, the owners supplied a good amount of toilet roll and kitchen roll to cover our time there. The bedrooms were a good size and the entry system worked well. The washing machine was not properly seated and shook whole house when running. The fridge was also not properly fitted. They weren’t deal breakers, obviously, but left a bit to be desired. Also would have been good to have more basic drinking glasses as we went through them very quickly.
