• Martin (9/5): Loved the apartment, relaxed there. - Great atmosphere, clean apartment, roomy, quiet I had to find the host's number on the site and get the passcode for accessing the keys because the email /website response did not come before I arrived nearby. But he responded fortunately to WhatsApp when I found his number.

• Yasaman (10/5): Soulful home! - We had a wonderful stay at this flat. It was very comfortable, spotless, and spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed, in a safe area. The decoration was beautiful, with carefully chosen furniture that gave the place a lot of character and soul. The location was ideal—just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Kadiköy, yet in a very peaceful and quiet street. Our host was truly respectful, always available, flexible, and very helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to return on our next visit!

• Sergey (10/5): - Kadikoy neighborhood. Very lively at evening, a lot of different cuisine to try. Kitchen has all needed equipment (kettle, toaster, microwave oven and 2 types of coffee makers) and kitchen ware. The owner is very good on communication, always ready to help with requests. Very clean apartment. We are planning to stay there next time we come to Istanbul, also around apartment there are small shops where you can buy needed products. When we stayed only 1 room has AC, but owner is planning to add additional AC in future. The apartment itself is a bit old inside, but I believe in time it will be greatly updated.

• Andra (6/5): It’s affordable, especially if you are on a budget, good location but cold and in need of a spruce up. - Good location, very close to the tram station, seafront and ferry port. Kitchen white goods more than enough, also kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher (and a few tablets left to use). Extra bed linen. Spacious flat. It was a very cold flat, even with the weather being nice, up to 29 degrees Celsius, inside you needed another blanket on top of the duvet to keep warm when going to sleep. The flat is not connected to gas, the heating is common for the whole building and you can’t adjust the temperature inside. I ended up with a chest infection so be careful, especially if you are more sensitive to cold. Another thing are the stairs, you have stairs to the front door of the building and the spiral stairs to the flat, there is no elevator and it’s difficult for elderly people or with mobility issues. Quite rundown, there is a smell too and there was a very dirty table cloth left in the kitchen, not sure why.
