• Guest (10/5): - The location was perfect and easily accessible. The apartment was clean and well equipped with spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The host was very friendly and incredibly helpful and was prompt to answer any questions we had approaching and throughout our stay!
• Yolanda (5/5): - Las camas cómodas y estaba muy limpio. No tiene aire acondicionado, y en una habitación solo hay enchufes en el cabezal de la cama así que el triste ventilador te queda lejos, así que te lo pones en la cara o no te llega el aire ( un alargo y solucionado)

• Anabel (8/5): Estancia agradable - El alojamiento estaba bien. Nos llamó la atención cuando llegamos que no tenía aire acondicionado, pero fue error de nosotros en la reserva que no detallamos ese detalle. Resulta que en Venecia casi nadie lo tiene por restricción de la ciudad . Tenerlo en cuenta si viajan en verano. Había ventiladores disponibles. Muy fácil de caminar desde la casa a los lugares de interés.

• Elzbieta (10/5): Good apartment, great value for money - It’s a spacious apartment, comfortable beds, everything you need. Good value for money and great choice for bigger groups or stays when you need to have your own space. We were just 3 people, but there are enough beds for 5, and even more space. I recommend this place if you are looking for budgetary option with a good value. Nothing fancy though, but all clean and properly prepared for your stay.

• Valentina (10/5): Great for a short or long stay - Everything! There is a bit of humidity smell in the hallway, but I think it's just because the building is old. The smell in the rooms was not bad.
• Joy (7/5): Comfortable and relaxed. Helpful owner. - It was quiet and relatively easy to find. A friend met us and took us there. Efficient heating. Easy contact with the owner. Some renovation and redecoration needed. Basic shower.
• Nikolai (8/5): Very good - Location: a nice, cozy and silent street; 3 minutes walking to the Venetian Arsenal and 5 to the embankment Size of apartments: it was spacious for 4 people, so would be OK even for 5-6 persons. Friendly host 1. In the flat it was quite chilly and humid, but it is expected in Venice 2. Very low doorway at the entrance - less than 170cm probably. 3. Also it's a pity that it wasn't possible to leave the bags for a few more hours after check-out the last two are not really relevant to the accommodation itself, the accommodation was very good.

• Amanda (6/5): Disappointed but lucky Venice is so beautiful it made the stay ok. - The beds were comfortable and we had clear communication regarding check in. It was very hot whilst we were there so it was nice to have the fans provided in our bedrooms. The towels had a yucky old smell. The power points almost came out of the wall when you unplugged or plugged something in, they didn’t seem very safe. The washing machine door didn’t open properly as it was broken and the bathroom was very small.
• Amish (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good and near the water taxi station. Facilities mentioned were missing. There was no bath soap and body wash in the bathroom, the bins were not cleaned as well.
• Chris (7/5): Great situation but lacking.... - The space of two large rooms and the excellent location. The lack of towels; we only had one medium sized towel each (no hand towels/kitchen hand towel). There was no shampoo/soap in the shower. The door handle on the washing machine was broken but they helped us to use it but then there was only shared space on an airer and no pegs to hang on the outside washing line, resulting in my losing a favourite top overnight as there were no pegs to hold it to the line! The photos seem to show breakfast foods, but only coffee was provided (not even water and milk in the fridge). The photos also showed a set of straighteners which weren't there. I'm not usually this picky but when we paid over €160 a night plus €24 in tourist tax (even for our 7 year old son!) we expected a lot more, or even just what the photos alluded to!
• Olga (10/5): Great stay. - Wonderful place, close to the center but not in the craziness of the tourist world. The hosts are great, the appartment is very clean and spacious.

• Francesco (8/5): Some issues, not very comfortable night - Position is very convenient. Organisation for check in and out was easy. Apartment was not very clean, and a strong humidity smell was there (we know it's Venice, ok, but it should have been changed the air inside). We had to leave windows open and there were no mosquitos nets, so we have been eaten alive during the night. No ac was there (this was as per description, which did not mention ac, however it could help in the situation)

• Vanessa (7/5): Good place for our quick stay. - Good place for a quick stay. Unfortunately like most of Europe, there is no AC so it was super hot at night. Luckily, fans were provided which helped a little. I did notice that I booked this stay through a different site and it was cancelled. I have no idea I rebooked the same place through booking.com but $20 more which was odd.
