- Jean (8/5): Atende. - Automatização do processo. O valor de caução (R$ 1.000) deveria ser mais evidente, por ocasião da locação. No caso de pagamento do caução por Pix, a devolução deveria ocorrer logo após o check-out, o prazo de 7 dias é muito dilatado.
- Mario Luiz (8/5): Preço justo pelo que oferece. - Local silencioso, algo difícil de se encontrar em São Paulo. A localização também é boa. E a proximidade a dois Shopping Centres também facilita encontrar locais para alimentação. Pediram-me uma caução de R$1.000,00, transferida por Pix em 22/10/2025, com promessa em realizar a devolução em até sete dias. Esse período já passou, mas não recebi a devolução.

E se eu não tivesse o dinheiro? - Quando reservei pelo booking não avisaram que tinha que depositar caução O meu anfitrião cobrou 1000 reais de caução para liberar a entrada. Achei um absurdo. Por que não tinha essa informação no booking?

- Yeung (8/5): A varanda bem que podia ser fechada por Reiki. Seria melhor aproveitada. - Prédio e imóvel novos e limpos. A chaleira elétrica ajudou muito. Os mimos como shampoo e sabonete. A torneira não é adequada à pia do banheiro. Espalha muita água. Vai acabar perdendo o gabinete abaixo. Falta um espaço para abrir as malas.
