• Massimo (5/5): - L'indirizzo comunicato non era corretto. L'appartamento si trova in realtà a circa 200 metri su una via parallela. L'aria condizionata poteva essere accesa prima dell'arrivo in quanto l'appartamento era rovente e saturo di umidità, in quanto lavato poche ore prima e chiuso senza areazione.

È stata sicuramente una delle strutture migliori in cui abbiamo soggiornato a Milano e in generale nei nostri viaggi. La zona tranquilla, vicino al parcheggio custodito e al coperto indicatomi dai proprietari. Ľappartamento è arredato con mobili nuovi e moderni e rifinito nei minimi particolari compreso il telecomando per finestra e oscuranti del lucernario che magari non sembra ma è molto utile. Due bagni nuovi, cucina nuova e completa di tutto. Aria condizionata ecc...inoltre il bar dove fare colazione con i voucher compresi nella prenotazione è sui navigli quindi in una posizione molto carina e caratteristica dove abbiamo fatto alcune foto. Quindi bene davvero, se torneremo a Milano ci rivolgeremo sicuramente a loro! Nulla

• Ludivine (10/5): Escapade en famille - Appartement spacieux et propre, parfait pour une famille de 5 dont un enfant en bas âge (2ans). Tous les équipements nécessaires. La réactivité et la gentillesse des personnes qui y travaillent. Nous avons fait juste une nuit mais on serait restés volontiers. Rapport qualité prix au top. Quand même un peu loin du métro pour aller au centre ville. Quartier moins bien entretenu.
• Tony (10/5): Nice apartment in a great location. - We did a late check-in at about 11:30pm. Great communication. No issues, we were met outside the apartment by a very cheerful Esteban so everything went very smoothly. Apartment was large, clean with AC and comfy beds. Great location in easy walking distance to city center and attractions. The excellent Science and technology museum was about 15 mins walk and the central square about another 15 mins from there. Very good Pizza restaurant and the end of the road. The area looked a bit rough with quite a lot of graffiti, but we had no issues and never felt insecure even out walking late at night. We really wanted onsite parking (our no.1 requirement) , but apparently they only have 1 space that was already booked by another guest. We manged to park at the nearby train station (5 mins walk) that looked reasonably secure but as we don't travel light it was a bit of a pain to empty the car at the roadside. In the end we were lucky when we left there was a parking space right outside the apartment so it was all okay.

• Forrai (7/5): Take care with what they offer! - Clean, close from center. Small! But more than that we make our reservation with one day before and we received a message from the property via WhatsApp that we meet the host front of the apartment for pay and give us the breakfast meniu (we booked with parking and breakfast) - and surprise 😢 - we didn’t get the vouchers - the owners told us that the local for breakfast it’s close during holiday. So with one day before they didn’t have this info? I consider that We vas cheated! It’s need to mention that we was 4 persons (2 hungry kids)! P.S. parking 30 eur - this was not mentioned about them!
