Amanda (7/5): Great property, needs clearer advertising and clearer rules around pets as well as attention paid to the cleaning and sm - Great for our dog, closed in garden. Close to river and ferry. Spacious. Beds comfortable. Lovely Pool right by the room. Complex small and quiet. Both bathrooms are upstairs and ensuite to the rooms. Makes it tricky for the couple downstairs. No soap holder in the shower and no dish towels provided. We actually purchased our own. Broken Tupperware and some dirty dishes. Resident telling us what we could and couldn’t do with our dog, which was confusing as there were no clear rules stated. Reported outside damage on day 2 which we believed was dangerous in a storm and was told someone would come round to look at it. They never showed or responded to any follow up texts.
Skye (6/5): Lovely property and could be great but disappointed with our stay and what we paid - The location was great and it was a lovely nice big property -It was not clean, there was long dark hair everywhere throughout the house and in showers, -Disgusting thick orange/brown stuff dripping down doors and walls in downstairs toilet and laundry. -Each time we walked on the floors with socks on or bare feet, our feet were black. -The utensils in the kitchen were all very dirty, and all needed to be thoroughly washed before use. -There were multiple lights not working. -The TV often glitches -There was not enough in the kitchen, No frying pan, really needed a large salad bowl needed more plates and bowels for how many people the house said it holds. The lack on frying pan made it extremely difficult to do any regular cooking. - Air fryer was rusty. -Not enough warm blankets- in the master bedroom (kind sized bed) there was only a single doona. Stuff did bring a new one once asked. - No cleaning products provided, no dishwasher liquid, no spray and wipe or dishwasher tablets.
Fiona (8/5): Clean and comfortable space great for family getaway. - Clean and comfy great family space inside and out. A little noisy traffic wise. Second bathroom in a bedroom a little inconvenient for the downstairs bedroom user. Light in downstairs toilet not working properly. No where to place soap bar in ensuite shower. Carport tight for a large vehicle.
