- Aaron (8/5): - Loved the location and layout of the property. Nestled amongst a rainforest and stunning tropical backdrops there's a view from every corner you look from, along with the quietness and privacy of your own villa. Quality modern facilities and extremely spacious and clean. The beds were disappointing (uncomfortable) and the rooms were not able to be locked otherwise everything else great.

- Sophie Wrest (10/5): - The layout was great as we were travelling with children and in-laws so was nice for them and us to have our own space. The kitchen/living area was great as could cook and still have everyone with us. Pool was perfect temperature and size. The hosts were great in responding as we had an alarm sound in the middle of the night and we weren’t sure as to why, but they responded at their earliest convenience to assist. Dan was a great help in sending us ideas on things to do within the area and once decided went ahead and booked for us, very easy and nice to have done for us. Bathrooms were nicely laid out and everything was spotless upon arrival. Gaining access to property was very straightforward and locking up to leave was just as easy! We hired a car last minute and glad we did as was a bit remote. Wouldn’t necessarily say it was a “didn’t like” factor because the quiet was nice but suggestion of car hire would have been good. There seemed to be a slight issue with ants, we tidied up every night and no food was left out but they would still come, not a real issue as what’s to be expected when so near to a rainforest!

- Kadri (9/5): Superb - It’s a stunning house. Each room has fan and AC which is so necessary in this climate. The bathtub in the master is really nice. There is 3 toilets, but 2 showers, one of the showers connecting two rooms. It’s nice to sit outside in the shade even when it’s raining. Nice quiet street and area, close to waterfalls. Parking in the shade as well so if it’s raining you can get in dry. The showers don’t have a fan, so it can get muggy in there as well. The washing machine was dirty inside and moldy, as the door had been shut and not aired out, but we used it several times, after the initial cleaning and airing it out it was fine.

- Ben (9/5): Great property, will recommend, will return - The location and accomodation was excellent, the setup and layout was amazing, the facilities top shelf, the process of everything was smooth and easy The only thing that was disappointing was that the previous persons rubbish was left in the kitchen bins and there was a pungent smell and flies present that we had to remove and clean ourselves, also the glassware and cutlery was also dirty like it hadn’t been washed properly by previous tenant once we washed them they were ok

The en-suite in the main bedroom was definitely Bali inspired as the pool area was. Overall it was a serene and relaxing stay and would highly recommend. We would definitely love to stay here again.

- Tonia (10/5): Highly recommend this beautiful accommodation - Location was beautiful, nestled at the end of a quiet, picturesque street in the hinterland of Redlynch. A short drive to Cairns, the scenic Crystal Cascades and the Skyrail terminal. Villa 31 was immaculate, spacious and family friendly. All amenities were provided and beds were very comfortable. We loved the Balinese inspired decor, outdoor deck and pool! Highly recommended! There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

The design and décor of the property are stunning, the amenities perfect. The bathroom, OMG. 15 minute drive to Cairns. Seriously amazing property. We will definitely be back. Leaving
- Tesstickles (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location surrounded by rainforest and bush melodies. A stones throw from the Cascade Falls. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen we've ever experienced on our many adventures. Winter dip was beautiful the water temp in the pool being perfect. The beds were comfortable and rooms quiet..Two of the bedrooms are separated by bathroom so great for family, the two in one shower fantastic with a toddler at your feet or for young lovers I guess 😉...The shared areas were large and great to chill in, read a book, snooze or watch a movie or listen to music with the family. Sad to leave this place.... This is standard in any of my reviewsl ...the toilet paper..... rare to find good quality paper in any accommodation.....so we bring our own.... didn't change our overall rating though 10/10 ....
