• Karel (1/5): AVOID!!! - View was the only thing I liked in this apartment Unacceptable,horrible,bad. Broken toilet seat couldn’t sit on a toilet as it would pinch my skin. Carpet in a bedroom stinking from vomit. All cooking pans in a really,really bad state,burned black at the bottom. Kitchen not equipped for cooking at all.Cooking hob dirty, bedding wasn’t changed. Ended up finding a new place to stay. It spoiled our holiday. Couldn’t contact anyone about compensation as number for the owner was from a different country and not picked up when we tried to contact. Booking.com wasn’t helpful at all too!!! Not a good experience. If you don’t want to be disappointed on your holiday please AVOID!!! Response for comment underneath: We have been told from the receptionist at the hotel that they know this apartment is not in a good state and nothing has been done about it for a long time as it’s privately owned. As you can see from the pictures it is true what I have written!!!
• Collinge (3/5): Poor - The view It took three hours for the Complex to find the right key.The beds had used sheets.There was no toilet paper.Only one towel.The Complex would not take any responsibility.The owners were not easy to contact.Tel number in Pakistan.They said nobody had notified them of a booking.They too were unapologetic blaming it on bookings.com.All in all dreadful.
• Monica (10/5): Great location! - Very nice location! Large bedroom with comfortable beds and clean linen. Also the living room is large with a great view over the mountains. The bathroom is clean, soft towels. The Kitchen is very well equipped, you can cook if you need. You have access to the pool and SPA, clean also and big indoor pool. The owner is very helpful if you face any issues.
