Jacette (9/5): Great stay - The room was very spacious and clean. Facilities are great. The staff was very responsive on Whatsapp and also checked in on you for any concerns. Location is great as well, just next to a mall (which has a monorail station) and has a grocer and 7 eleven downstairs. The staff are really great but if you wanted housekeeping or have some unforeseen issues with the room and you are out most of the day, it would be challenging as you would need to be in the room for them to do that, and they are only available within their work hours.
Goktug (1/5): They said it's overbooked and canceled at late time. - The hotel told me there was no room when I was on the plane; it was overbooked. They said my booking is not necessary because all their rooms are full, and they wanted me to cancel it. I refused and I want them to find a solution because time was running out and I didn't have any other plan. They don't care about anything and told me that I don't have a place to stay and they didn't try find a solution.
Abdul (9/5): Fab stay - I loved my stay at Casabellestay. The apartment has everything you need for a couple though I travelled solo. The facilities were excellent, inc. the gym/swimming pool with fab views of the Petronas Towers. Everything was in excellent working order. I felt welcomed by the security staff and the Owner had excellent comms. Definitely will look them up again if I return to KLCC. Thank you so much.

Tuong Vi (5/5): It’s okay - wouldn’t stay here again - The location is generally good and convenient, with a 7/11 located downstairs. The room had enough space for two people and included a fridge/freezer, which was useful. The pool also offers a nice view. Check out was easy, we left the keys in a lockbox as we checked out early in the morning. Key collection had to be done at store called Smart Gadget Trading, and no key card was provided, meaning the main entrance could not be used. The bathroom lacked a shower door, causing the area to get wet, and the hot water ran out quickly. The couch had visible stains, making it uncomfortable to use. At night, the room was noisy due to cars and motorbikes driving past. Prayers can be heard from our apartment early in the morning. Communication was also an issue, as messages sent via WhatsApp were not answered. Additionally, the gym is not open 24/7.
visitodo (7/5): Se podría vivir ahí. - Vista desde la habitación de las Petronas. Piscina y Gym en la azotea, piscina al aire libre con unas vistas geniales! No tendrás que ir a ningún roof top. Buen aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. No estaba muy limpio y tenía zonas muy poco higiénicas. La ducha no tiene puerta, está rota. La terraza estaba muy sucia.

Aida (5/5): Calidad precio bien, pero se podria mejorar - Las vistas desde la habitación eran increíbles, cama doble pequeña pero cómoda. En la cocina había pocos utensilios y no estaba del todo limpio. Sobre todo la zona del baño, el suelo, lampara del baño rota…el sofá también estaba sucio. Había frigo y microondas, tele con netflix, lavadora. Y ventilador y aire acondicionado. La ducha estaba sucia, no hay toallas para la piscina, el gym era pequeño, en la piscina la gente se metia con ropa…. Y estaba llena, sin sitios para apoyar las cosas.

Was aber völlig okay war und in so großen Wohnkomplexen üblich ist. Die Wohnung, 26. Etage, hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf die Twin Towers. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Und die Ausstattung passt auch. Im Allgemeinen sind die Wohnungen schon etwas mitgenommen, dafür, dass sie erst 2020 gebaut wurden. Wir haben andere Leute im Haus getroffen, die entsetzt vom Zustand ihrer Wohnung waren. Das Casabellestay ist aber zu empfehlen. Der große Pool und der kleine Pool im 35. Stockwerk sind erfrischend und bietet tolle Aussicht. Security überprüft ständig die Kleiderordnung.

Me dejó tirado en la calle hasta las 3:00 am cuando le había avisado 5 días antes que llegaría sobre la 1:00 am. No me respondieron hasta las 3:00 cuando llevaba casi 48h de viaje y sólo quería descansar. El alojamiento no estaba limpio. El check in fue una odisea hacerlo. Si yo había pagado el día 10 completo, me deberían haber mandado las instrucciones del check in ese mismo día y no en la madrugada del día 11. No recomiendo para nada este sitio. Espero que booking tome medidas al respecto, es inadmisible

Qian (10/5): Stunning KLCC Twin Towers View - This room is perfect for travellers who travel in two. The view is extremely stunning (especially at night) with the KLCC Twin Towers standing directly in front of the balcony. We were very happy with the facilities in the room, including the kitchenette that allows for simple and light cooking, washing machine with drying rack, an electric thermostatic kettle, and warm shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Freya (3/5): Good location but apartment amenities and cleanliness need improvement - Friendly and helpful owner. Location is good. Pool was too crowded to be comfortable and the apartment was not properly cleaned and did not have enough amenities. For example, I had one plate, 1 coffee mug, 1 fork and 3 spoons. There was one ☝️ plastic bowl which was too dirty to use so I didn’t bother and went out and bought a new plate and chopsticks. The owner could better equip the apartment with these small basic things and it would be a lot more comfortable. He may also want to check the air conditioner as it was leaking.

Oleksandr (7/5): Good cozy place to get some rest after your adventures in the Cyberpunk city! - The location is great, situated just 5 minutes north from the famous Row with western restaurants and breakfast/brunch cafes. There are several malls around the building, so no need to go anywhere if you don't feel like that :) The view from the balcony on Twin Towers was amazing. I stayed during Hari Raya, so I could see fireworks 10 times a day. The whole flat is cozy and minimalistic, but there are both AC and a ceiling fan, so you can adjust the climatization to your mood and time of the day really well. The washine machine is fast and easy to use, and the bottle with detergent right in front of it thus easy to find. The 35th floor with a pool and gym is definitely a must to visit for everyone! Wi-fi was terrible, sometimes almost non-existent. Even with 2/3 bars, it was impossible to have video calls or even download 10 MB of data. It is even worse given that 4G signal isn't good there either, so I don't recommend this accommodation for digital nomads and online workers. The check-in manager acknowledged the problem, but couldn't help unfortunately. Some things were broken. The outlet adapter didn't work, so I had to search for one first thing in the morning to charge my phone and laptop. The holder in the shower was gone, so there was no space to put my soap and other belongings. The drier in the balcony seriously damaged, as one cannot easily open the door without hitting it.

There was no cleanliness, the mirror in the bathroom had dirty, bed linen with patches. The TV did not work because the TV remote control was broken. There were big ants in the kitchen.
