• Beatrice (1/5): A fuir - La piscine La gestion des chambres. Trois appartements successifs nous ont été attribués car il manquaient les clés… le dernier était visiblement partiellement occupé ! Le lendemain après midi toutes nos affaires ont été « ramassées » et mises dans un autre logement sans que nous Ayons été avertis ( nous sommes rentrés et le lieu était vide…) le lendemain d ailleurs quelqu un est aussi rentré dans la chambre. Et pire on a utilisé mon téléphone pour aller prendre une vidéo du 1er appartement que nous n avons jamais pu occuper faute de clés et qui est situé dans un autre bâtiment !

• Ty (10/5): Supportive On-site Host - Booked the unit for others on short notice. Self check-in was clearly explained and convenient, with instructions to collect the key from a lobby mailbox. Unfortunately, the key was missing upon arrival. Initial attempts to contact the property were delayed due to automated responses, but eventually succeeded through a third contact number. Thankfully, the issue was promptly resolved by Mr. Kausar Ali, who was very helpful and attentive on-site. The guests appreciated his support and assistance.

• Looi (1/5): Terrible stay, terrible service. The customer service is HORRIBLE—unresponsive and unhelpful. - The security guards are friendly. Other than that, nope. It was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had! First of all, staying at a self-check-in hotel/apartment is inconvenient for a solo traveler. There were no signs indicating where the lobby was located. I had to search all the way at Trion to find it. There were also no clear instructions on where to park before collecting the key. Fortunately, the security guards were helpful and friendly (it is a plus point). Secondly, after spending half an hour collecting the key and finding the parking spot, I finally reached the room around 7pm, hoping to get some rest—only to discover the worst part of my stay! The room was a complete mess and had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guest. The trash was overflowing, the room smelled terrible, and the floor was so dusty I didn’t dare take off my shoes. When I messaged the so-called “operations team,” they didn’t even apologize or offer a solution. They just sent me a contact number without any explanation! The customer service was horrible. No one answered the phone when the incident happened. I was exhausted and requested a different room, but they refused, insisting they would clean the room instead. It was impossible for me to wait around for them to clean it, as I was entitled to a clean room from 3pm. I gave up and went for dinner instead. But they didn’t even notify me when the cleaning was done. I finally returned around 9pm after a tough night. What if I had checked in after dinner? Would I have had to wait even longer for a clean room? Please THINK twice before booking this room. It’s the worst!
• Clare (3/5): Unpleasant stay due to cockroaches. - None Luxury studio but not luxury. Found more than 5 small cockroaches near the sink and 1 medium-sized cockroach. Spent time clearing the cockroaches instead. There is used towel in the wardrobe. Spoilt wardrobe provided.

• Husnaa (9/5): everything great. hope can clarify in email that before go to mail box we need to register to the hotel entrance first - perfect even ada microwave and mini refrigerator even though not see it in the media the floor dusty a bit
• Quintino (8/5): Awesome Beautiful and Super Excellent Location. Try to keep each and every apartment clean. - There was no breakfast facility provided by the Trion but there are many out side of Trion to get breakfast. And in the same building couple of places to do little shopping for your daily needs (groceries etc.). If I start with my earlier request for early check in on 26/06/2024 (I made this request in first on April & secondly on first week of May until 26th June I haven't received any response. When I contact Trion KL Apartment 0n 26th of June 2024 fortunately somebody answer me and said "No I can't check in before 12.noon but then I mentioned I already made a request for early check in. Then this gentleman said ok he will try to prepare asap and called me said that I can check in by 10 to 10.30 am, So I thank to him and after I checked in only I found the person who talked with me is 'The room boy who do all the room service to 10 apartments including my one. So my biggest unsatisfaction is why TRION KL Apartment (B Tower) not directly control or no contact with their customers instead the room boy/cleaning personal. The other very bad thing is this room never clean/vacume at least once during my stay. I would like to request if TRION can keep 1 or 2 microfiber cloth with some cleaning liquid (Spray & wipe) I d KLont mind clean some areas where I like to keep clean. Living in clean areas is very healthy. Please think about this. Location wise I think I was very lucky to get a room like that I enjoy the super view out of my window while I was lying on my bed "Amazing Location" Thanks to TRION. I must mention The room boy (Farhed or someone) and the reception security guy ( ...Kumar) provided excellent service.
